We are looking for a kick-ass UI designer with a proven track record of designing products for SaaS companies. The ideal candidate will be a creative enthusiast that loves to create clean and intuitive user experiences for B2B software solutions. What would your role be? It boils down to developing, designing and in some cases redesigning Sales Enablement web-based products. Let s face it: we live in a vain world and need to have our products look as amazing as the functions they perform! What you would be doing... Drive the user experience across all product offerings based upon high-level requirements Quickly iterate and translate requirements into concepts and wireframes Generate rapid prototypes to help illustrate complex user experience solutions or interaction designs Work together with upper management and development teams to design compelling, responsive interfaces that meet requirements and business objectives while adhering to style guides Envision future features while problem solving immediate solutions at hand Seek out the relevant information to get the job done: use cases, pain points, data sets, business requirements etc. 2

3 Work with development teams to ensure style guides remain consistent across all product offerings and client sites Stay current on design and user experience innovations Work in a fast-paced, Agile development environment Manage usability testing and market research working closely with product and creative teams Some more things we would like to see Proven track record of creating UI designs for a SaaS solution, with portfolio examples Ability to create aesthetically appealing UI designs that clearly articulate functionality Knowledge of/experience in creating functional designs for HTML, CSS, XHTML, JQuery applications and User Interface Standards Principles Ability to document provided feedback on designs and implement adjustments to attain project objective Understanding of the limitations of web and mobile, with approaches/ideas to flex those boundaries Interaction design skills and knowledge of when to utilize different application structures (such as hub-and-spoke designs versus interview flows), which design elements are best for certain types of information (such as when to use radio buttons versus drop-down menus), and how to create design deliverables (such as wireframes and design priority descriptions) Experience creating mobile friendly designs for desktops Basic object-oriented design experience Basic knowledge of development tools and processes, such as source control, requirement specs, design and design review, code review, debugging, unit test, system test, performance test, etc. Basic understanding of Sass and Less competence in design software including Photoshop, Illustrator and Sketch Experience in schedule planning, change management and usage-data collection to help the team move quickly Effective communicator with team-oriented attitude Experience with Bootstrap framework a huge plus Experience designing for ios and Android a huge plus 3
