Our sales enablement solutions drive sales execution by giving sales reps quick access to all the resources, coaching and collaboration to engage buyers and deliver information at the right stage of the buying process. We are headquartered right off the beach in Melbourne, Florida and are looking to increase our team to help support our growing company. Position Summary We are currently looking for a skilled Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will report directly to the CEO and will be responsible for the planning of Sales Enablement strategies that will promote marketing and sales alignment, improve process efficiencies and quantify the value of sales and marketing procedures. We are seeking a candidate who can examine and assess both high level approaches and daily processes and tools across multiple channels and departments, providing innovative insight on new direction and methods for improvement. To succeed, you will need to have strong knowledge of top current sales enablement strategies, best practices and methodologies such as Miller Heiman or Richardson. You must also be skilled in understanding and combining the business needs of stakeholders across multiple departments into one cohesive direction. 2

3 The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, leadership capabilities, ahead for project management, be highly motivated with the right amount of energy & enthusiasm, and have a proven track record of successful sales enablement fulfillment. Please do not apply if you have entrenched old- school selling habits and can t make the transition to a new way of sales enablement. You must be open- minded, willing to self- develop and accept feedback for improvement. In short, you have to love working hard and be passionate about sales enablement. Responsibilities Develop and implement a comprehensive sales enablement strategy Assess existing processes and diagnose areas for improvement Collaborate with marketing department to ensure content is cohesive, usable and efficiently produced Collaborate with sales department to ensure availability of resources, efficiency of processes and efficacy of current tools Evaluate sales and marketing training processes for alignment with company goals and efficacy of program Prioritize sales enablement strategies according to potential ROI and need Communicate and work effectively with all levels of the organization Innovate ideas that will streamline and improve interdepartmental processes Produce ideas and materials pertaining to product knowledge, training, content distribution, strategic selling and more Develop and utilize sales enablement metrics that capture the value of processes and outcomes Develop and oversee the use of training and e- learning initiatives to promote sales enablement Qualifications Education and Experience: Bachelor s degree (Master s degree a plus) 3

4 Minimum 8+ years of experience in sales enablement or sales training Experience with a Software as a Service (SaaS) company Knowledge of top current sales enablement strategies, best practices and methodologies such as Miller Heiman or Richardson Ability to understand needs and communicate plans to stakeholders across multiple departments Strong leadership capabilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage projects and organize high level strategies Proven track record of successful sales enablement fulfillment Ability to travel (up to 25%) Ability to effectively and tactfully manage relationships Selling experience a plus Content management experience a plus What We Offer Accent Technologies is an EEO Employer.
