Mission t-mba Doğa Schools Mission and Quality Assurance Policy and Procedures The key role of the Academic Quality Assurance Department is to oversee academic quality assurance for the Doga Schools t-mba Education Model in order to assist Doga Schools in achieving excellence in its t-mba Education Model, policies and processes, and to minimize risk of non-compliance internal and external requirements. Vision The Academic Quality Assurance Department exists to encourage excellence and minimize risk associated with courses, programmes, qualifications, academic policies and processes by: - promoting good practice and ensuring compliance with internal and external academic quality assurance requirements; - developing, implementing and reviewing academic regulations and policies; - managing external programme approval and review processes; - overseeing internal programme and course approval and review processes; - contributing to activities which monitor and maximize the likelihood of student academic success; - undertaking specific projects related to academic quality; - providing advice to academic and support staff with respect to academic requirements; - reporting on academic quality assurance compliance as required to t-mba Department, Senior Management team and external agencies; - providing executive support to Academic Standards.
t-mba Doga Schools: Doga Schools s qualification specifications set out the standard to be achieved by each student in order to be awarded the qualification. Doga Schools operates an independent, external quality assurance process which is designed to ensure that its standards are maintained by all internal verifiers and external verifiers. It achieves this through the following activities: 1. Approval 1.1 Campuses that have not previously offered t-mba Education Model will first need to apply for, and be granted, Doga Schools approval before they can apply for approval to offer the t-mba Education Model. 2. Registration 2.1 t-mba Doga Schools requires that all new students are registered at the beginning of their t-mba Education Model of study. Students that follow a standard teaching year beginning in September must be registered by November 1st of that year; those starting at any other time, must be registered within one month of commencement. 2.2 Doga Schools students of t-mba Education Model Diploma are usually registered at the beginning of their study ( i.e. beginning of September - beginning of the academic year - up to November 1st of that year). 2.3 Doga Schools students of t-mba Education Model First Certificate are registered within a month of commencement of their study (i.e. beginning of the Second Semester). 3. Internal Verification 3.1 t-mba Doga Schools are required to have processes in place that review each assessor s decisions. 3.2 t-mba Doga Schools has a quality assurance system to ensure robust internal standardization.
3.3 Internal Verification (IV) is the quality assurance system that t-mba Doga Schools use to monitor assessment practice to ensure that: -MBA Education Model -MBA Education Model assessment practice. 3.4 t-mba Doga Schools has processes in place that review each assessor s decisions, so to ensure that the standards set out in the t-mba Education Model specifications are correctly interpreted and applied. 4. Internal Verification Documentation 4.1 t-mba Doga Schools Campuses have its own style and layout of documentation. 4.2 t-mba Doga Schools typical documentation of Internal Verification includes: Front Sheet, student brief, Feedback Sheet sheets, if applicable. 4.3 t-mba Doga Schools typical documentation enables the teacher and course team to:

External Verification 5.1 t-mba Doga Schools will sample assessors decisions using sector-specialist external verifiers (Head of Department). 5.2 It is the responsibility of the assessors and the internal verifiers who work for the t-mba Doga Schools to make sure that the qualification guidelines are being followed and that assessments designed and used by t-mba Doga Schools to meet the requirements set out in the qualification specifications. The external verifier makes an independent judgment about whether these things are happening in the t- MBA Doga Schools Campuses. 5.3 The external verifier is the person appointed by t-mba Doga Schools to check these qualification requirements are being met and that the student work presented is of a suitable standard. The external verifier must make judgments about the work presented and insist on changes if work does not meet the required standard. Certification 6.1 Doga School Campuses claim students certificates at the end of the t-mba Education Model study completion. 6.2 t-mba Doga School Campus Quality Assurance System checks the students achievement of the departments they are registered for to enable them obtain a certificate showing the qualification grade. 7. Staff Development 7.1 t-mba Doga School quality assurance system provides staff development for existing, new staff and internal verifiers in different aspects to develop their knowledge and skills. 7.2 Staff development is carried out by either in-house training or staff development programmes organized by t-mba Doga Schools.
