CANCELLATION/REFUND: All exhibitors canceling space will be charged a $300 processing fee. All requests for refunds must be made in writing, in an email sent to mcgoon@uthscsa.edu and received by April 9, 2012. Refunds will be issued 90 days after the conclusion of the conference. No refunds will be granted after April 9, 2012.
