Set up of JOB CAFE s using our website and SaaS, with trained & designated staff, at multiple hierarchies like that of district, taluka and village, with active participation of local bodies and/or government / government sponsored training institutes and colleges. 2. Creating a local pool of employers and job seekers for every district. 3. Special training for all placement officers across colleges of all sectors. 4. Networking with corporate and encouraging them to use our revolutionary online and offline services including that of online interviews and online campus assessments and taking these services to the grass root levels of the society. 5. Intense networking with employers of unorganized sector and acquainting them to the HR services. 6. Our software can also be tuned to calculate the employment index of the region, thus giving valuable feedback for many government policies. 7. Up gradation of all manual government job application process to online using our SaaS which will reduce source to hire, cost to hire and sourcing cycle time by over 90%. 8.
