Investor completes pre-qualification form. Month 01 Qualifying investor reviews Offering Memorandum & signs disclosure documents.** Investor signs Offering Memorandum to start the application. 02 Typical Investment Fees Investment Process 03 If OSRC accepts Investor s application, Investor places $500,000 in secure escrow & pays Investor Administrative Fee. Investor s attorney files I-526 with USCIS.* 04 EB-5 minimum investment: $500,000 USD Investor Administrative Fee: $60,000 USD Total Investment and Fee: $560,000 USD 05 Investor schedules interview with U.S. Consulate in home country. 06 When I-526 received by USCIS, the $500,000 will be released to the Limited Partnership and loaned to the Project. 07 Investor completes residency requirement & investor s attorney submits I-829 to change status from Temporary to Permanent.* 08 Completing the interview, a temporary Green Card good for 2 years issued to investor. 09 Benefits of Partnering with a Regional Center Regional Centers, established through Congress in 1990, designated by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), are legally established entities that coordinate foreign investments in compliance with the EB-5 statutory, regulatory and precedent decision framework.
