INTRODUCTION Infonova s concept-to-cash R6 platform is specifically designed to support traditional and new business models on a single platform. It delivers partnering orchestration, monetization & automated revenue sharing allocation of products & services for multiple suppliers & partners. R6 enables providers and enterprises to partner together and define terms of trade. This allows them to transact with confidence because money due to each party is automatically allocated when customers buy products and services. The platform also enables the primary operating entity to price and sell all or a subset of the services and capabilities already connected to the platform to each tenant on a differentiated or same basis. And in turn, the tenants can then repackage and re-price the services and offer them directly to their customers or through channels. SALES CHANNEL MANAGEMENT Sales channels represent enormous opportunities for companies, but management of multiple sales channels has historically been burdened with inefficiencies. With R6 Sales Channel operators and tenants are empowered to manage their channel partners in a more professional and cost effective way. Channels can be created, managed and administrated through the whole revenue cycle, from offer to invoicing and payments. PARTNER/SUPPLIER MANAGEMENT Partner/Supplier provides the primary operating entity with the capability to deal with service providers and their services in a contractual way. Once a customer has decided to purchase a new service, R6 Order does the rest. R6 Order processes the order from its initial entry through the provisioning and activation of services (including devices), activation of billing, and notification to the customer (e.g. welcome pack). R6 Convergent Charging & Rating is a high performance convergent rating and charging engine that rates events in near-real time and also can process pre-rated real-time records to provide rating and charging capabilities for offline as well as online services. It also takes the pre-processed records from Mediation and applies rates and tariff information from the offer/product configuration to UDR data. R6 Bill Calculation/Invoicing produces aggregated invoices itemizing all details in readable formats and publishes them online for easy customer access. R6 Bill Formatting takes the results from Rating and Invoicing and generates the data for the invoice of all billing accounts. It collects and summarizes charges on account, service and call detail level. 9

This allows various treatment actions like sending automated late payment notifications and barring, including termination of services if needed depending on the overdue balance, the number of days in the current collections status, the customer type and the credit risk group (i.e. credit score). 10
