Weir Coatings specialises in the application of high performance protective linings and coatings. We have an extensive portfolio of techniques and products, providing specialist surface protection services to many industries. Comprehensive Solutions Coating Systems have the solutions and technology to maintain process performance of existing plant and in many cases extend plant life, protecting equipment from corrosion and fatigue. Our range of systems offer solutions tailored to resist corrosion and abrasion, which provide flow enhancement in pump and pipe applications to increase efficiency of hydraulic flow passages and their components. We prepare and apply fusion bonded systems (via temperature-controlled ovens), centrifugal sprayed linings to internal pipe bores and conventional application of thick and thin film glass flake, polyurethane and epoxy systems. All industries are provided with unrivalled support, expertise and experience. Our unique portfolio of surface treatments are tailored to re-engineer and restore worn pumps, valves, pipework and associated critical plant to their original specification.
