Nobody notices when we do trenchless renovation. While traffic flows and people do their windowshopping on the street above, we renovate old pipes and sewers several meters under ground level without causing back-ups or disturbing business. Are you looking for efficient applications? Just ask us! Fast, effective and low-priced The nice thing about trenchless renovation as compared with open building methods is that it doesn t require a lot of space or large construction trenches. Fast, effective and low-priced while being friendly to neighbours and the environment. What else do you need to know? This is how you profit from trenchless renovation: No expense for breaking up and restoring the surface Minimum obstruction to traffic: no back-ups or pollution Minimum underground work No disturbance to neighbourhood quality of life The supply is not interrupted or only briefly
Preliminary Input What's really important to us: We want to be able to assess things correctly from the beginning. We start with extensive preliminary input to guarantee that we have the best and most cost-effective way to implement your project. The right analyses for more efficient renovation plans We apply sound study methods in advance to be able to recommend the right renovation plan. We enter the old pipe, clean it and classify it. We only choose a technique and develop the best renovation plan after going through this extensive process of analysis.
Five steps for greater reliability We start with extensive preliminary input to ensure we have made the right decision for renovating your sewers or pressure pipes. 1. Cleaning Sewer flushing Cleaning pressure pipes with scraping sheet, polishing wheel and brushes High- and maximum-pressure cleaning 2. TV inspection In the main sewer starting from the old pipe size of DN 40 to the accessible sewer a) The reports and videos are completely digitised b) The data are edited for sewer cadastre programs c) The data are captured as per ATV, ISY-BAU and SK, etc. In connecting pipes with a satellite camera or sliding camera 3. Locating lines 4. Pipe condition analysis 5. Planning and development of technical execution
Preparation Renovation projects are complex. This is the reason why we consider the various methods from a wide range of perspectives: the ambient conditions, costs and expenditures. We analyse the factors that might impact this process to make the best choice: Traffic conditions What existing sewer manholes are used in sewer renovation The size and location of the construction pits needed How to create the runoff capability and water reservoir Changes in direction, elbows or angles in the old pipe to be renovated The old pipe's condition What we do 1. We clean the pipe (as much as 1,000 bar of maximum-pressure cleaning) and enter with a camera to find out the present state of the old pipe 2. We outline a renovation plan 3. We do milling work in all pipes larger than DN 150 to clear away deposits, sleeve offset and grown-in roots, etc. 4. We seal the old pipe before renovation if ground water is entering 5. We calibrate the old pipe to record its present state and check if its profile is free for the intended renovation optical/electronic calibration mechanical calibration 6. We do all needed underground work and connect up to the existing pipelines 7. We set up a water reservoir
Repair Preparing the Short-Liner We use the following equipment for partial repair: Drawing in the packer covered with the Short-Liner 1. Robot equipment When smoothing and pressing sleeves and cracks in all pipes starting from DN 150 When renovating connecting pieces with collar equipment and pressing the mains with epoxy resin starting from DN 150 2. Injection technique The injection technique for sealing sleeves and cracks Pressing the Short-Liner onto the pipe wall 3. Short-Liner Trenchless repair of partial damage for rated diameters ranging from DN 100 to DN 800
Pressure Pipe Renovation There is a whole series of options we can apply when renovating pressure pipes. We'll join forces with you to search for the best solution for you from the wide range of effective applications. Subline Rolldown Renovating mains Renovating sleeves Lining with cement or epoxy resin Renovating without an annular space (known as the close-fit method) DynTec Compact Pipe Rolldown Subline Renovating with an annular space in the Slipline method The pipe line section method Applying all commercially available pressure pipes Pipe renewal for enlarging or retaining the cross-section Berstlining Trenchless changing with our Pilot Pipe method The inliner made of PE-HD closely fits the old pipe Renovating house service connections We use Neofit to renovate in house service connections
The Methods Would you have known how many possibilities there are to renovate sewers without a trench? We would like to show-case a brief selection of methods for pressure pipe renovation DynTec Renovating a DN 300 water main in Asia with the Compact Pipe method Burstlining Rolldown Compact Pipe in pressure pipes Renovation in the city centre because it doesn t take up much space The quality and life expectation of a renovated pipe corresponds to that of a new pipe Subline
Each construction site has its own special requirements. The material and condition of the old pipe, whether it's in the city centre or a conservation area, the demands made of the new pipe: All of these factors have to be taken into consideration in the renovation plan. That's why our methods are just as diverse as your needs. DynTec The universal method New PE-Pipe Old pipe Tensile head Final manhole Winch Start manhole Reduction DynTec draws a reduced-diameter PE liner into the old pipe. When it reaches the final position, the winch is released and the PE liner presses out against the old pipe. This creates permanent close-fit throughout. This method does not make any demands of the structure of the old pipe. Cost-effective: uses standard PE material Fast: up to 1,000 m at once Ecological: no construction-site set-up Saves energy: deformation without heat input
Berstlining The flexible solution The trenchless Berstlining method uses the existing pipe extremely economically. The old pipe is enlarged or destroyed while the new pipe is drawn in. Burstlining can be flexibly applied in all pressure stages and damage patterns. Low underground construction expenditures The line diameter can be enlarged As much as 150 m renewed per day
Sewer Renovation We have the knowledge, technology and experience for efficiently and reliably implementing your project on a neartime basis. It doesn t matter what you're planning on: Our diverse range of methods means we'll find the most effective solution to your problem. Main sewer renovation Partial renovation/sleeve renovation with a short liner, sleeves or by smoothing Hose renovation with glass-fibre reinforced plastic and needled felt liner via warm or light hardening Sewer renovation with the house service connection liner Renovating house service connections House service connection liner The flooding method Renovation with an annular space with the Slipline method Close-fit renovation without an annular space with PE: DynTec Rolldown Compact Pipe Burstlining pipe renewal while enlarging or retaining the cross-section Short-pipe relining drawing in PE short-pipe modules and then sealing the annular space Manual renovation
From the downpipe to the complete sewer system: We're a general contractor for one-stop shopping renovation for even the most complicated project. Partial lining Cement mortar lining Renovating accessible sewers Coating method Partial and complete lining Also hose renovation Building structure and sewer manhole renovation Coating method Pressing (point injection, joint and crack pressing) Lining
Compact Pipe The Compact Pipe method simply renovates with existing sewer manholes. So you don t need any other construction pits. Ideal for the city centre Requires little time and expenditures Renovating rated diameter ranging from DN 100 to DN 500 The quality and life expectation of the renovated pipe corresponds to that of a new pipe Can also be used with pipelines that cannot bear any loads Just right for renovation in the city centre because it doesn t require much space
The Methods GFK-Liner Slipline Keep renovation costs, time and traffic obstruction to a minimum: You profit from a company that not only offers you a method. It also knows and masters all of the renovation technologies and can compare benefits and drawbacks. Short-Liner We develop your renovation plan as one of the most experienced companies in this sector. Compact Pipe
