KEY LEARNINGS Involvement of SMEs from business is crucial for the project. Any changes of people and lack of their attention to the project must be avoided. The delay between Blueprint and Realisation phases decreases value of the Blueprint over the time. After 6-12 month the document becomes almost irrelevant for the future solution. Sharing the results, not status, of work frequently is important and helps to keep project in track. It also increases work satisfaction. Simple solution is always better when there is any uncertainty about business process.
