A: During the weekend of October 23rd. All former Continental branches will close at 3:00 p.m. on Friday, October 23rd, and remain closed on Saturday. However, ATMs will be operational for cash withdrawals only. Continental Online, Mobile and Telephone Banking will not be available throughout the conversion weekend. At 9:00 a.m. on Monday, October 26th, branches will re-open as usual and Online, Mobile and Telephone Banking will again be available; however, action will be required on your part. Please see Page 4 in this booklet for details. Q: Will my account numbers change? A: No. Your account numbers will remain the same. Q: Can I continue to use my Continental Bank checks after the conversion? A: Yes. When your existing supply runs out and it s time to re-order more, simply stop by any office in the new, larger branch network, or visit us online at www.bmtc.com and choose Personal. Click on Checking, then click on the Deluxe Check Reorder link in the right-hand column. The rest is easy. Q: Can I continue to use my Continental Debit Card or ATM Card after the conversion? A: No. You will receive a new VISA Debit Card from Bryn Mawr Trust before the conversion for use immediately following the conversion, in place of your current VISA Debit or ATM Card. For more details, look under VISA Debit Cards on Page 6 of this booklet. Q: Will my direct deposits or automatic payments be affected? A: No. Any already-established direct deposits or automatic payments will continue automatically, with no interruption, but see Page 5 of this booklet for important information about partial loan payments. Q: Will my deposits still be insured by the Federal deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC)? A: Yes. They will continue to be FDIC insured up to the maximum limits allowed by law. IMPORTANT NOTES AFFECTING PERSONAL LOANS AND LINES OF CREDIT At conversion, your Personal Continental Bank loan or line of credit will remain the same same account number, and the same terms and conditions. If you have a Fixed Rate Residential Mortgage, you will be receiving a loan coupon book for making your monthly payment. If you have a loan or line of credit, you will continue to receive a monthly bill and/ or electronic debit so that you can continue to make payments the way you have in the past, with one slight change: Bryn Mawr Trust accepts partial payments for all personal loans except residential mortgage loans so, if you don t have enough available funds in your account for a full payment, your account may be debited several times for smaller amounts until the full payment is received. WHERE YOU LL SEND LOAN PAYMENTS For Consumer Loans: Bryn Mawr Trust P.O. Box 61 Bryn Mawr, PA 19010 For Residential Mortgage Loans: Bryn Mawr Trust P.O. Box 1160 Bryn Mawr, PA 19010 IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT YOUR CONSUMER LINE OF CREDIT STATEMENT(S) The Balance Subject To Interest Rate amount in the Interest Charge Calculation section may be overstated because of how the daily balance information in this calculated field was converted from Continental Bank. You may also see a credit in the form of a Principal Adjustment that is necessary to account for differences between Continental Bank s and Bryn Mawr Trust s computer systems. Not all customers will be impacted, but if you are one who is, only your first Bryn Mawr Trust line of credit statement will be affected and, rest assured, all other information, including billed amounts, will be accurate. call 800-705-5500. After conversion, call 610-525-1700. Or visit us at www.bmtc.com. bmtc.com / 5

Important Notes About Special Convenience Services VISA Debit Cards If you use a debit or ATM card currently, we will be sending you a new Bryn Mawr Trust VISA Debit Card to replace your existing card after the conversion. This card can be used for purchases and at any ATM, beginning Monday, October 26, 2015. You ll receive the new card approximately two weeks prior to conversion. After October 26th, just call the toll-free phone number on the card to activate your card and select your PIN. When you call the toll-free number to activate your new card, be sure to call from the home, work or cell phone number on file with us, and have your card available. Direct Deposit If you already have direct deposits to one or more of your accounts, they ll continue as usual with no interruption. Periodic Account Statements You ll continue to receive account statements, just as you do now. After the conversion takes place, you will receive a final Continental Bank statement, showing all activity up to and through the conversion date. The next statement you receive will be from Bryn Mawr Trust and will include all activity that takes place after the conversion date. Savings accounts that do not have electronic activity will receive a quarterly statement rather than a monthly statement. You can also elect to receive a Combined Monthly Statement, showing details on all your related savings and money market accounts. This makes tracking your banking much easier. Of course, if you sign up for Online Banking, you can also elect to receive e-statements, which saves a ton of paper over time, and gets a statement into your hands as soon as a statement cycle closes. Please note Your Continental Bank Online Banking account history will not be converted to Bryn Mawr Trust. Prior to conversion, please download and print, and/or save, any account e-statement history you will need. Wire Transfers After conversion, all recurring incoming wires will be routed automatically to your Bryn Mawr Trust account(s). You can originate new transfers with a wire agreement by calling 610-525-1700. The cutoff time for wire transfer originations Monday through Friday is: 4:30 p.m. ET for Domestic wires, excluding weekends and bank holidays. 3:00 p.m. ET for International wires, excluding weekends and bank holidays. Wires submitted after the cutoff time will be transmitted on the next business day. Telephone Banking Even if you re already using Telephone Banking at Continental Bank, you will need to sign up for the service at Bryn Mawr Trust. All you ll need is your account number and Social Security Number. Once enrolled, you will use the last six digits of your Bryn Mawr Trust VISA Debit Card to access the system. To sign up: Call 610-687-4BMT (4268). If you would like to use Telephone Banking but don t have a debit or ATM card, please contact us at 610-525-1700. 6 / bmtc.com
