With the convenience of the Internet at your fingertips, you are able to complete the necessary application, send the submission electronically and if approved, receive back ALL of the bond documents within fifteen minutes. Step One: Log In Go to www.inscodico.com and click on one of the Login icons. Enter your user name and password into the appropriate fields. Remember, your password is case-sensitive. You may change your original password at any time. In addition to servicing clients from your agency s office, you will be able to provide bonds from the road and even from the comforts of your own home office! All appointed agents on credit with The Insco Dico Group are able to complete the application screen to obtain a password and are able to benefit from the Bonds Online system. Step Two: Enter Bonds Online Step Four: Choose a State After verifying your e-mail address, click on the state you ll be requesting bonds for in the alphabetical list below. Step Three: Verify E-mail Be sure to verify that your correct e-mail address appears. All approved bond documents and messages will be sent to this address. Step Five: Select Bond Type
Step Six: Enter Information On the following screens, enter all Principal and Indemnitor information. Click the Next button at the bottom of the page. Note: Use of the Back arrows in this system will result in losing your entries. Step Seven: Verification Screen Verify that all the information you have entered is correct. If not, make the appropriate changes here.
Step Eight: Direct Bill If applicable, select whether or not this specific bond will be Direct Bill upon renewal. Step Ten: Receive E-mail If the bond is approved, you will receive an e-mail with attachments that contain instructions, a completed application, the completed bond form, the necessary power of attorney and an execution report within fifteen minutes. If Pend Request was selected or the bond was not approved, you will receive an e-mail with further instructions. Step Nine: Issue Request Click the Issue Request button at the bottom of the page when finished. You may also select Pend Request, which will hold approved bonds for 90 days, or Cancel, which will cancel your bond request.
