The Bachelor of Information Technology (Network Security) is offered at Meadowbank Campus, TAFE NSW Northern Sydney Institute. One of the largest colleges in Sydney, Meadowbank offers an extensive range of courses and specialist industry training facilities. What are the entry requirements for international students? There are academic and English requirements for entry. Academic NSW Higher School Certificate (HSC) or equivalent (all applicants must have HSC Mathematics or equivalent) English Academic IELTS 6.5 (with no band lower than 6.0) or TAFE NSW Certificate IV in English for Academic Purposes (EAP) or equivalent Additional Requirements Essay: 700 750 words maximum Describe, in essay form, a situation where you combined your knowledge and analytical skills to solve an IT problem. Please attach the essay to your application form. For example: Write about a computer problem you solved at home or in the workplace The problem can be related to software, hardware or both Write down the process you went through to solve the problem, what you did and why. It does not matter if you did not achieve a solution to the problem, it is the process you took that is important.
