Fleet Complete Insight. Innovation. Intervention. Risk. Reinsurance. Human Resources. Empower Results Aon UK Limited is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority 1

Aon is market leader in insurance and risk management. As motor fleet rises up the Corporate agenda, Aon has responded by designing a suite of risk management tools that provides a bespoke and complete fleet risk management offering to our clients. 2 Aon UK Limited is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority

Reducing the impact of risks on the road Statistics suggest that around 45 thousand people are killed and 1.8 million injured on roads across Europe every year. One third of incidents involve people driving for work, where the hidden cost of incidents is estimated to be four times the cost of repairing the vehicle, and includes uninsured losses, absenteeism and lost time, lost productivity, late deliveries, and damage to brand and reputation. If you are experiencing: A high or increasing frequency and cost of motor incidents and third party claims Concerns regarding Duty of Care obligations for all employees who are driving for work, whether in company owned or private vehicles The need to focus on the reduction of all driving related incidents and costs Aon understands the challenges faced by fleet operators in managing these issues. In response to those challenges, Fleet Complete addresses the fundamental issues of risk identification, evaluation, and mitigation in a comprehensive proposition. Our three-phase modular approach includes: Phase 1 Risk Profiling Phase 2 Risk Improvement Programme Phase 3 Programme Implementation, Monitoring and Performance Measurement Statistics for fatalities and injuries are estimated from a combination of statistics provided by ROSPA, Brake (road safety charity), DfT reports, 4and European Transport Safety Council reports. Aon UK Limited is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority 5

Phase 1 Risk Profiling Phase 2 Risk Improvement Programme Benchmarking Comparing loss performance based on vehicle type, insurance cover and deductible, and industry sector. Incident Data Root Cause Analysis Both insured and uninsured loss data to determine the root causes of incidents and indicators of driving culture within the business. Occupational Road Risk Assessing the risks associated with vehicle use, driver competency and behaviour, policy and process, communication, audit and review for all work related driving, including grey fleet. Management Systems Review Assessing the content, fitness for purpose, and deployment of policies and processes, identifying where additional material may need to be developed, and how the management systems are communicated and enforced across the driver community. Communicating the findings and outcomes of Phase 1 to all stakeholders, and agreeing the recommended interventions that will achieve the right outcomes. Phase 2 is completed by the publication of a structured and costed improvement plan. Phase 3 Programme Implementation and Monitoring Project management of the introduction of risk control solutions, utilising Aon in-house specialists and third party partners to support the implementation of the plan, including monitoring of results and measurement of performance improvement. Our comprehensive service proposition includes the full implementation and monitoring of a bespoke risk improvement programme, utilising Aon specialists and selected third party partners to meet individual service requirements, and monitoring timely and effective service delivery, through active management and performance review. 6 Aon UK Limited is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority 7
