August VoiceCash bank starts its own card programme: The VoiceCash Prepaid MasterCard. 2009 October blau Mobilfunk GmbH launches a branded VoiceCash product in the form of blauworld Prepaid MasterCard. October With the establishment of the VoiceCash Bank in Malta, the company is granted an official bank license with immediate effect, regulated by the MFSA (Malta Financial Services Authority). Management Board Michael Kramer is the founder of VoiceCash. He has more than 20 years experience in marketing and sales of IT security solutions and top quality consumer goods.
