Visma Spcs - Experience from Customers XBRL Filing was open during 2008 2012 A couple of 100 companies filed their annual report via XBRL, some of the by Vismas software Very restricted of how to set up the annual report in the system due to the reporting standard need to be changed in the Accounting office industry Signing and delivering to Bolagsverket It took to long time to get all the board to sign the Annual report. The board are in some cases from other countries and could not use e-legitimation signing For accounting office who deliver about 50 annual reports per consultant is it not possible to spend extra time for this What went wrong? Recommendations to the Government *) 1. Standard format for XBRL for all Governments 2. Give companies incitaments to do xbrl reporting Change behaviour with benefits and mandatory requirements! 3. Support reporting from single companies and Accounting offices on behalf of the client 4. Government need to have collaboration with industry organisations E.g FAR, SRF, BFN to get the Accounting office consultants to accept the reporting standard * Government and independent authorities

XBRL technique can help software vendors to deliver more value to the customer if done in the right way e.g.: Use modern technique to send and sign data (webservice) anywhere, anytime, on any device Provide validation rules together with Taxonomy (formula linkbase) so validation can be done at client side Provide versioning (second year) to help client to change mapping of data to new taxonomy 5. Involve software vendors in the architecture of the taxonomy We would like to be helpful with our competence to collaborate for simplifying for our Swedish companies and Accounting offices 6. Keep it simple! * Government and independent authorities
