NATE LEACH I was born and raised in Santa Barbara County and have been involved in sports since elementary school. It was the beginning of my college career at UCSB that I became passionate about health and fitness. It became my hobby and soon I was training my friends at the gym, which has continued to this day. I was unsatisfied with my B.A. in Psychology and Law & Society and decided to focus on my passion: health and fitness. Since then, I have completed the highest certification from ISSA as a Master Trainer. ISSA Master Trainer B.A. Psychology and Law & Society from UCSB 2008 Specialist in fitness nutrition, exercise therapy, strength and conditioning Specialist in youth and senior fitness 111237 04/12

NICK LIMON I grew up in Santa Barbara and have always had a love and passion for sports. When I was in high school, I began weight training for football and developed an interest in bettering myself through exercise. It was after high school that I took that passion for fitness and turned it into a study to receive my personal training certification. This allows me to help others achieve their health and wellness goals. Since then, I started working at the Santa Barbara Family YMCA and continue to have the opportunity to help members achieve their goals. TODD RABOLINI My fitness career started at the age of 12 when I received a pair of dumbbells as a gift. Little did I know that fitness would soon become an integral part of my life. My grandfather once told me, If you re going to do something right, do it right. I have dedicated the past 14 years of my life to gaining knowledge on health and fitness. In 2011 I competed and won my first bodybuilding show as a natural athlete. After winning, I was hooked! I love to help people reach their personal wellness goals. Whether you want to lose weight, add muscle, or aspire to compete, I can help you get there. NCEP Certified Personal Trainer NASM Foundations certification CPR/AED certified 111237 04/12

SHERYL MCCOLLUM I have been in the health and fitness industry for over 22 years, serving as a health educator, fitness instructor and wellness coach within the Santa Barbara community. ROWAN DI MASE My deep interest in fitness began during high school in Santa Ynez where my strength and conditioning coach thought this could be a career that would be a perfect fit for me. Since high school, I have increased my knowledge to help others succeed in their wellness goals. As a personal trainer for two years now, I have met many great people who have become more than clients but good friends of mine. Learning from Olympic athletes, IFBB pros and doctors in physical therapy, I have dabbled in many different types of training and really hope I can use my knowledge to help members here at the Santa Barbara Family YMCA.
