Pass Travel Inner Circle FTP Friends Program Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) 1. What is the Pass Travel Inner Circle FTP Friends Program? The Pass Travel Inner Circle FTP Friends Program is a new opportunity within the Hawaiian Airlines Pass Travel Program for employees and retirees to provide a deeply discounted fare up to eight (8) passengers throughout the year. This new Program does not change the number of FTPs you will receive. It simply adds a new fare layer the Inner Circle FTP fare to the existing Friendship Travel Program (FTP). You will receive the same allotment of FTPs for 2013 as you did in 2012. The Inner Circle FTP Friends Program will take effect on January 1, 2013. You must elect your 2013 Inner Circle of up to eight (8) passengers by December 21, 2012 and may not make any changes until open enrollment for 2014. For Example: John is an employee at Hawaiian Airlines and between now December 21, 2012, he logs on to Ultipro and inputs eight (8) friends as his 2013 Inner Circle Kevin, Mike, Paul, Jody, Christy, Anne, James, and Scott. On January 1, 2013, John receives 20 FTPs to use throughout 2013. In March, Kevin requests an FTP from John. Kevin is able to purchase his airline ticket at the Inner Circle FTP rate. In June, Paige requests an FTP from John. Paige is not on John s Inner Circle list and purchases her airline ticket at the Regular FTP rate. 2. What is the difference between the new Inner Circle FTP Friends fare and the Regular FTP fare? The following chart illustrates the 2013 Inner Circle FTP Friends and Regular FTP fare discounts: The Inner Circle FTP Friends Fare Discount North America and Neighbor Islands - 75% off average fare International - 70% off average fare The Regular FTP Fare Discount North America Neighbor Islands and International - 60% off average fare Pago Pago (PPG) - 50% off the average fare Pago Pago (PPG) - 60% off average fare Passengers must pay all applicable fares, taxes, fees and surcharges on all routes. Service charges and applicable taxes can be found on ID90T during the booking process.
3. Does the Inner Circle FTP Friends Program increase the amount of FTPs I will receive in 2013? No. The current annual allotment of FTPs is not changing. You will receive the same allotment of FTPs for 2013 as you did in 2012. 4. Who may I designate as my Inner Circle FTP Friends? Anyone. You may want to consider extended family or friends. Please keep in mind that you will not be able to change your 2013 Inner Circle FTP Friends until open enrollment for 2014. 5. Where do I input my Inner Circle FTP Friends? Active Employees Please input your Inner Circle FTP Friends directly into Ultipro by December 21, 2012. A How To Input Your Inner Circle FTP Friends document is available on the Pass Travel website. Retirees Please complete the Inner Circle Designation Form indicating your designated Inner Circle FTP Friends and submit the form to Human Resources by December 21, 2012. Employees on a Leave of Absence - Please complete the Inner Circle Designation Form indicating your designated Inner Circle FTP Friends and submit the form to Human Resources by December 21, 2012. 6. When is the deadline for selecting my 2013 Inner Circle FTP Friends? Your 2013 Inner Circle FTP Friends must be entered into Ultipro (for active employees) and the Inner Circle Designation Form received by Human Resources (for retirees and employees on a leave of absence) by December 21, 2012. No late UltiPro submissions or forms will be accepted. 7. What if I don t input my Inner Circle FTP Friends into UltiPro or return the designation form by December 21, 2012? You will have missed the 2013 Inner Circle deadline and will need to wait for the next open enrollment opportunity for the 2014 calendar year (to take effect on January 1, 2014) to designate your Inner Circle FTP Friends. 8. How do I log on to UltiPro? You may log on to UltiPro through clicking the UltiPro box on the Company s intranet website, HApeople.
9. What is my UltiPro User ID and password? Your UltiPro User ID and password would have been provided to you upon hire. If you do not know your UltiPro User ID, please contact the IT Support Center. If you know your UltiPro User ID but do not remember your password, please click the forgot password link on the log in page. If you are unable to use this link, please contact IT Support Center to request a password reset. What information will I need to input my Inner Circle FTP Friends into Ultipro? You will need each Inner Circle FTP Friend s: first, middle (if any) and last names matching the identification used to travel; gender; date of birth. 11. What if I don t have the birthdate for one of my Inner Circle FTP Friends? As date of birth is a requirement for travel, you will not be able to include that individual in your Inner Circle FTP Friends. 12. Where do I input my Inner Circle FTP Friends on UltiPro? When you are logged in to UltiPro, click on Myself > Contacts/Travel Dependents > Add button. This is where you will input your Inner Circle FTP Friends information. Please follow these steps to input each Inner Circle FTP Friend: 1) Input the required information outlined in question #10 2) Select a relationship type of Inner Circle (* Please click on the magnifying glass, then Search, and select Inner Circle from the menu) 3) Click the Travel Dependent checkbox 4) Click the save button, enter any comments, and click the save button again. You will return to the Contacts/Travel Dependents screen after you ve successfully submitted your request. Repeat the steps for each of your eight (8) designations.

What will happen if I enter more than eight (8) passengers into my Inner Circle FTP Friends on UltiPro? Only the first eight (8) individuals listed will be approved as your 2013 Inner Circle FTP Friends. 14. What will happen if I enter less than eight (8) passengers into my Inner Circle FTP Friends on UltiPro? Only the individuals listed will be approved as your 2013 Inner Circle FTP Friends. 15. What will happen if I enter the wrong spelling of a name or date of birth? Once your Inner Circle FTP Friends are reviewed by Human Resources and applied to your record, you can log into UltiPro to edit any fields of information. Please follow these steps to edit any FTP Friends information: 1) Click on the name of the Inner Circle FTP Friend you wish to edit 2) Make the appropriate changes 3) Click Save, enter any comments, and click save again. You will return to the Contacts/Travel Dependents screen after you ve successfully submitted your edit request. 16. What happens if I enter my Inner Circle FTP Friends prior to December 21, 2012 and would like to add additional names or change any of them? You may log on to Ultipro and continue to add or make changes to your Inner Circle FTP Friends at any time up until December 21, 2012. If you submitted an Inner Circle Designation Form and would like to add names or make changes to your Inner Circle FTP Friends, please contact Human Resources Department up until December 21, 2012. 17. When can I make changes to my 2013 Inner Circle FTP Friends after December 21, 2012? In November 2013, you will be given the opportunity to designate or change your Inner Circle FTP Friends for 2014 (to take effect on January 1, 2014). 18. What happens if I do not change my Inner Circle FTP Friends at Open Enrollment for 2014? The Inner Circle FTP Friends that you designated for 2013 will continue as your Inner Circle FTP Friends for 2014.
19. Can I remove my Inner Circle FTP Friends during the calendar year? Yes, you may remove an Inner Circle FTP Friend at any time, but you may not replace them with a new Inner Circle FTP Friend until open enrollment for 2014. 20. Will I get a confirmation of my 2013 Inner Circle FTP Friends? Active Employees - Yes, at the beginning of 2013 you will receive an email including your 2013 Inner Circle FTP Friends. The email will be sent to the email address listed in UltiPro. To update your email address in Ultipro, click on Myself > Name, Address, and Telephone > Edit. Click save, enter any comments, click save again. You will return to the Name, Address and Telephone screen after you ve successfully submitted your request. Retirees and Employees on Leave of Absence Yes, at the beginning of 2013 you will receive a confirmation statement in the mail including the members of your 2013 Inner Circle FTP Friends. 21. When will my Inner Circle FTP Friends appear in ID90T? Your Inner Circle FTP Friends will appear in ID90T starting January 1, 2013 22. When can I start making tickets for my Inner Circle FTP Friends? You can start making tickets on January 1, 2013. 23. Where can I find more information about the Pass Travel Inner Circle FTP Friends Program?
