CenterPoint Energy and the Competitive Retailer (CR) / Retail Electric Provider (REP), who is our Customer, are both required by the Customer Protection Rules within the Substantive Rules Applicable to Electric Service Providers, to protect specific proprietary End-Use Retail Customer data associated with a specific ESI-ID / Service Address, and shall not allow unauthorized persons or entities to view or otherwise have access to this information. Users must agree to the Terms of Use to access any proprietary End-Use Retail Customer information contained within CenterPoint Energy's CRIP system.

CenterPoint Energy Competitive Retailer Relations Home Page The Homepage includes the Login path to the Competitive Retailer Information Portal (CRIP) for Premise and Transaction information, in addition to Request Access and Forgot Password Features. Login The CR Administrator will access the Information Portal upon receipt of their initial password from the CNP Administrator. (Your email address is your User ID) Organization Users will obtain access from their CR Administrator. Request Access Upon selection of this option, the user requesting access will be provided with a list of organizations. (Select Yours) - Upon selection the User will be given specific CR Administrator contact information Forgot Password If User selects Forgot Password the user will be prompted to provide their Email Address.
