WARDROBE STORAGE SOLUTION Total Wardrobe Storage is a luxury, wardrobe storage solution for both men and women, who have run out of storage space, are moving or renting a home or travelling abroad. Based in Hampshire and Central London, the service includes collection to and from your home, cataloguing, dry cleaning, repairs, alterations and storage. OUR TEAM Julia Dee and Sarah Dee together run the wardrobe. Julia has had 20 years of fitting and alteration expertise and knows how to care for clothes. Sarah loves fashion and comes from an Executive Assistant background and so cataloguing clothes and making inventories and planning with attention to detail comes naturally. Designer Alterations in Battersea is the sister company and has been in business for over 20 years, specialising in clothes care, alterations and repairs. The storage service was started over 15 years ago. OFFICE HOURS Our working hours are from Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm. The main office is at Designer Alterations 220 A Queenstown Road Battersea London SW8 4LP. THE PREMISES AND VEHICLE The wardrobe is secure, alarmed and linked to a monitoring system. It is damp free and insect free and has Total Wardrobe Care products protecting the rails and boxes at all times. It has security cameras in the wardrobe and outside the building. Only our team will have access to the building. Our van has rails to hang your garments and is alarmed at all times. HOW IT WORKS We can be ready to collect and store your items within a few days. We will send you an information pack including the terms and conditions and a record sheet to log your items. We request that you list and describe your garments as this will be more recognisable to you, you may indicate any dry cleaning or repairs that need doing. However, if you are unable to do this then we can catalogue for you at 1.00 per item in your own home. You will be left with a signed and checked copy of your record sheet. Once your clothes and accessories have been collected from your home, the items are then checked in by the Wardrobe Consultant who will organise any required dry cleaning and repairs (giving you a quote first). All items are then photographed if requested and your descriptions added to your own online web wardrobe. The clothes are then stored in individual, breathable garment bags until you need them or the season changes. Your garments will be hung on the hangers you provide us with, unless you would like to purchase our specialist hangers. The breathable garment bags are complimentary whilst in storage. Your items will be packed in clear plastic hanging bags to travel to and from your premises. A 20 % discount off our products is offered to all our storage clients. We assess all clothing upon delivery and if necessary, we are able to arrange for professional dry cleaning and/or repairs and a quote will be presented to you beforehand for your approval. 2
ONLINE WEB CATALOGUE All your garments and accessories are given a unique number and a comprehensive description including Designer, fabric and style. We will give you your own secure log in and password. You will have control of requesting clothes in and out of storage at any time from your on line web wardrobe. This service is included in your storage fees. The photographing of garments is optional and charged at 3.00 per item. Any returning garments will not be charged for if they have already been previously logged. PHOTOGRAPHIC CATALOGUE We have a professional studio with white backdrop, lights and different size mannequins to accommodate all types of clothing. If you would like your garments, bags, shoes and accessories photographed to go with the descriptions and added to your on line web wardrobe, the charge per item is 3.00. PHOTOGRAPHIC SERVICE If you have your own storage space, but wish to have an online photographic catalogue, we can also offer you the online catalogue service. We can collect your clothes from your home and take them to our studio for photography which takes about a week or we can bring our studio equipment to your home. We can photograph about 20-30 garments a day. Pick up clothes from Central London and deliver to studio and returned 200.00 Photography per garment to log in our studio 5.00 Photographer and assistant and equipment taken to home 600.00 per day Subscription to web site 25.00 per month Catalogue hard copy printed off with images. Price on application DELIVERY POLICIES Deliveries are made by our drivers from Monday to Friday, from 10am to 6pm. There are no deliveries or collections on a Saturday or Sunday, Bank Holidays or between Christmas and New Year. We request five business days notice for deliveries/seasonal wardrobe changeovers in Central London. These are 30 for a pick-up and 30 for a delivery. Deliveries/collections requested with less than five days notice will be charged at 45 for a pick-up and or delivery. Requests after 5pm will be processed the following day. In emergencies please call Sarah. We require five days notice for delivery of 20 garments or more. Deliveries outside Central London will be charged at 1.00 p per mile above the basic 30.00 charge. ADDING IN AND TAKING OUT GARMENTS Each seasonal wardrobe change will be charged at 30 for a delivery and or collection. We will email you at the beginning of April and September to remind you of your season swap. You may add in and take out as many garments as you like for the 30 charge. You are able to add new items to be stored or take any existing items out. The process and costs are the same. Any new item will incur a photography fee of 3.00 if requested. In order to use this service our Terms and Conditions must be accepted and signed before items come into storage. 3

Our service is a minimum storage requirement of three months with one month s notice to terminate thereafter. All storage to be paid in advance. Additional items are billed at 1 per garment, per week. Long hanging dresses/gowns and coats are billed as two items. BIG STORAGE BOX 6 per week, per box The big storage box costs 20 to purchase. We do not accept any other storage boxes except specialist hat boxes (containing hats). All items are packed in acid free tissue which we provide. The big box has been specifically designed to hold the following items: 6 Pairs of knee high boots or 16-20 Pairs of shoes or 60 Folded T-shirts or 40 Folded knitwear pieces or Accessories including bags, belts, gloves, ski kit etc. SPORTS AND ACCESSORIES Our large storage boxes are ideal for storing out of season hunting, shooting, fishing and skiing equipment including clothing, accessories, boots and shoes. We do not accept other items other than clothing and accessories for storage. FUR STORAGE We are able to store your furs, however we do recommend they are cared for in the correct way. We work with a long established, experienced furrier who stores furs in cold storage. The furrier can brilliantise (de-moth & clean) fur coats, increasing the life of the coat by 10 to 20 years. This specialist process makes the skin of the coat more supple and brings the gloss back to the fur. WARDROBE DETOX - FOR A WARDROBE THAT WORKS Our wardrobe consultant has 20 years of experience at turning out wardrobes. All your clothes are taken out of the wardrobe tried on and discussed individually, then put into three piles, the good, the bad and the ugly. The good are put back, the bad are repaired or restyled and the ugly are sent to a local charity of your choice. Our special hangers are supplied and clothes re-hung and colour co-ordinated in the most practical way for you. The wardrobe detox costs 600 per day and is from 10am to 6pm (a non-refundable deposit of 60 will be taken) which includes a preliminary hour long consultation. The detox can take anything from 1-3 days depending on the size of the wardrobe. The best possible use of space will be made and any alterations to the actual wardrobe can be made with the help of a wardrobe designer and cabinet maker if required. Before After 8

TOTAL WARDROBE STORAGE LTD. TERMS AND CONDITIONS 2012 1. A telephone number, postal address and e-mail address must all be provided when a storage account is opened. It is the responsibility of the client to make us aware of any change of details. 2. All inventories must be overseen, signed and dated by client or house keeper/pa otherwise we cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage of items in our care. 3. Storage fees Payable upon collection of garments. Payments can be made quarterly or every six months by credit card, bank transfer or cheque. Total Wardrobe Storage Ltd accepts no liability for items damaged whilst in the care of the dry cleaners or other suppliers who are engaged on the client s behalf. Their terms and conditions will apply to their work. 5. If any account remains unpaid for more than three months, we reserve the right to recover our costs by putting the items up for sale. 6. Insurance - Total Wardrobe Storage Ltd take extreme care to ensure no items are lost or damaged in any way. For the extremely unlikely event of loss or damage we take out limited insurance cover for your items whilst in our care and we are advised that the items will often be covered more fully under your household insurance policy. 7. Total Wardrobe Storage Ltd insures all items less than 2 years old for a maximum of 500 per item on a new for old basis. Items over 2 years old are insured to the same maximum amount but on the basis that wear and tear and depreciation are taken into account. 8. In all cases, in order to claim on the insurance, the age and purchase cost of the items must have been specified on the original order, and the original invoice must be submitted in respect of each item for which claim is made. Total Wardrobe Storage Ltd will accept liability for any clothes damaged whilst in our care only up to the insurance limits set out and subject to compliance with the conditions specified. Other than this Total Wardrobe Storage Ltd accepts no liability in contract or in tort for any loss or damage to the items and accepts no liability for any consequential or indirect loss arising from it.
