Camp WOW is located in Stuart, Oklahoma, 2.6 miles east of Highway 75 near Gerty, Oklahoma. The phone number is (580) and their website is How much does it cost? $195 per person Registration & Paperwork Online registration will be open beginning February 8th at You MUST register each camper online. This is how we will get all pertinent information and how we know how many to plan for. Once you register your child online, you may pay the deposit or the full amount online. You can also pay by cash or check at the church office or by dropping an envelope in the offering bucket on Sunday morning. Medication Parents, please only send 5 days worth of medication for your child. Medications must be sealed and labeled in a zip lock baggie with instructions. All medication will be housed at the nurse station and a nurse will distribute the medication each day at the appropriate times. (There is a medication section on the online registration form.) 3 Laser Tag Camp WOW offers an exciting adventure sport that you are sure to love with outdoor Laser Tag. Camp WOW has the largest outdoor laser tag course in the country. The laser guns shoot over 1,000 feet in broad daylight with a course set in the woods. This is a great merging of traditional indoor laser tag with a paintball feel. You get all the fun of paintball, but without the pain! Laser Tag is not included in the Camp WOW price. If your child wants to play Laser Tag, you must purchase sessions online at Costs for individual purchase: $8 for 1 session $14 for 2 sessions $20 for 3 sessions Sessions are 45 minutes long and typically include 3 games. Those who purchase multiple sessions can use one or more per day or split them up across days. Camp WOW Cash Card You don t have to worry about money getting wet, lost, or stolen! When you purchase a Camp WOW Cash Card, you are entered into the system with a unique bar code and file. If you lose your card, no problem, we can look you up several different ways and issue you a new card with your remaining balance. How do you put money on it? 1. Logon to 2. Click on Summer then click Camp WOWStore at the top 3. Click on the Go To Store button in the middle of the page 4. Click WOW Cards at the top of the page. There is a $20 minimum. 4 Items to Pack for Camp Clothes (Pack enough clothing for 4 days) - Jeans - Shorts **Dollar bill length from top of knee cap when seated** - Swimsuit **no two piece and girls MUST wear a dark shirt over your swim suit** - T Shirts **Tank tops must be three finger widths wide with fitted armholes** - Underwear and Socks - PJ s - Tennis Shoes (probably don t wear your brand new shoes!) - Sandals - Rain Gear - Baseball Cap or Hat Personal Items - Soap / Shampoo - Toothbrush/Toothpaste - Cosmetics/Toilitries - Deodorant - Comb/Brush - Chapstick - Sunscreen - Insect Spray - Bible/Pen/Notebook - Bag for Dirty Clothes Optional Items - Camera - Flashlight - Sunglasses Cabin Stuff - Bedding (Sleeping Bag), Pillow - Bath Towels - Swimming Towels - Wash Cloth Disclaimer: if your child chooses to bring a Camera, ipod, or Cell Phone... it is YOUR child s responsibility to keep track of it. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. We believe your child s camp experience will be greatly enhanced by NOT bringing a cell phone to camp. However, if they do bring a cell phone...usage will be limited to free time. 6 Walk on Water Agreement to Participation Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability PLEASE READ BEFORE SIGNING The undersigned acknowledges that during the session that the applicant has requested to participate in, Certain risks and danger may occur. The undersigned recognizes that such risks and danger may include Loss or damage to personal property, physical or psychological damage and/or injury, not excluding fatality due to accident. I certify that I am completely healthy (both physically and emotionally) and capable of participating in this session. I have listed on the medical information form medical conditions That WALK ON WATER Inc. should be aware of which may hinder my participation in the session. However, I understand that it is solely my responsibility to determine whether there is any medical reason That I should not participate in the session and to obtain approval for any and all activities from the appropriate Health-care providers. The health history is correct as far as I know, and the person herein described has permission To engage in all prescribed camp activities except as noted. I hereby authorize the medical personnel selected by The camp director and/or church leader to order x-rays, routine tests, treatment, and necessary transportation for Me/my child as deemed necessary. I, individually and on behalf of the minor and all other family members, Executors or administrators, do hereby release, forever discharge, and agree to hold blameless WALK ON WATER Inc. and its counselors, staff, employees, agents, and lessors from any and all liability, claims, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE NEGLIGENCE OF WALK ON WATER Inc. STAFF, DIRECTORS, COUNSELORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS and LESSORS, or demands for personal injury, sickness, or death, as well as property Damage and expenses, of any nature whatsoever which may be incurred by the undersigned and the participant While said person is participating at WALK ON WATER. In consideration of, and as part payment for, the Right to participate in such a program and the services arranged for me by WALK ON WATER Inc. its staff, Directors, counselors, employees, agents and lessors, from any and all liability, actions, causes of action, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE NEGLIGENCE OF WALK ON WATER INC DIRECTORS, COUNSELORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS and LESSORS, debts, claims, and demands of every kind and nature Whatsoever, whether for bodily injury, property damage or loss otherwise, which I now have or which may arise From or in connection with my program or participation in any other activities arranged for me by WALK ON WATER Inc. its staff, directors, counselors, employees, agents, and lessors, for all members of my family, Including any minors accompanying me. I hereby agree to release and hold harmless WALK ON WATER, via electronic or media, from and against any claims, damages or liability arising from or related to the use of the photographs, including but not limited to any re-use, distortion, blurring, alteration, optical illusion or use in composite form, either intentionally or otherwise, that may occur or be produced in production of the finished product.
