Ensre the following lines are added to the rncmd_env.sh file for Server Manager 9.x.x. Here is an example for the defalt installation path: SM_DEFJAVA=/opt/Incharge/ESM/smarts/jre SM_JDK_HOME=/opt/Incharge/ESM/smarts When Server Manager 9.x.x is installed with Fondation 9.0.1, there is a failre to access the correct Java environment. As a workarond, ensre that SM_JAVAHOME is set to the same path that is sed to start the Server Manager 9.x.x server. Installing JRE on an NFS drive slows down the performance of the Server Manager. 16 SAM, IP, ESM, MPLS, VoIP, and NPM Managers 9.2.2 Spport Matrix
