Chevron Trade Show Site Account Setup To setup your account for the new online Trade Show Site, go to www.deckelmoneypenny.com/chevron/portables.html Login Login using 234 as both the password

Enter Account Information Complete the form and click the CONTINUE button at the bottom. After clicking CONTINUE (), an account will be created using your CCN number as both the Account Name and Password, and an email will be sent to the address you provide with the details. You will also be automatically re-logged in with your new account details and taken to the homepage of the Chevron Trade Show Site.

Trade Show Ordering Site From the homepage you can () Start a new order (2) Browse available exhibit properties, branded premiums and apparel and empty product sample bottles (3) Search for an existing order (4) Download a copy of these instructions. 2 4 3

Navigating the site You can navigate the site by using the BACK and NEXT buttons () or clicking the links in the navigation bar (2). Note that you can return to the start page by clicking the HOME icon (3). 3 2

Start An Order By clicking the START ORDER button from the homepage, you can begin a new order. You will be taken first to the Graphics tab, where you can review all available packages, or search for graphics by market segment (). Click the + button to see a larger image (2). Click ADD ITEM to select a graphics package (3). 3 2

Add Graphics to Order Click the CONTINUE button () to add the graphics to your order and continue, or click CANCEL (2) to select different graphics. 2

Premiums Information on the Premiums page includes: () Description of the item including the quantity per package (2) Quantity in stock (3) Price per package 2 3 Note that a $20 handling fee will be added for any Premiums and/or Apparel. 4 To add an item to your order, click ADD ITEM (4).

Premiums Enter the quantity you would like to order (). Click UPDATE to view the total (2). Then click ADD TO CART (3) or CANCEL (4). 2 4 3

Apparel Information on the Apparel page includes: () Description of the item including the size (2) Quantity in stock 4 (3) Price per item You can also search by Men's, Women's and size (4). Note that a $20 handling fee will be added for any Premiums and/or Apparel. 2 3 5 To add an item to your order, click ADD ITEM (5) and repeat the same steps as with Premiums.

Product Samples* Information on the Product Samples page includes: () Description of the item including the size (2) Quantity in stock 6 (3) SKU number (4) Price per item 3 2 4 5 You can also search by Men's, Women's and size (4). Note that a $20 handling fee will be added for any Sample order. To add an item to your order, click ADD ITEM (5) and repeat the same steps as with Premiums. Click SEARCH (6) to find a specific product. *Bottles do not contain live product

Product Samples* Select search criteria from the pulldown menus (). If your search yields no results, try making your criteria more broad. Click FIND (2) to execute your search or CANCEL (3) to return to the full product listing. 3 2 *Bottles do not contain live product

Enter Contact and Event Information The contact information you entered when setting up your account will be automatically entered, but this can be modified from this screen if necessary (). Next enter your shipping information, or to use the same as the Contact info, click the button to USE ABOVE INFORMATION (2). Next enter the details for your event (3). Clicking the calendar icon will pull down calendar (4). 2 3 Enter any notes or special instructions (5) then click NEXT (6). 4 5 6

Payment Information To use information entered for either the Contact or Shipping information, click the appropriate button ( & 2). Continue filling out the remaining fields and click NEXT (3). 2 3

Review Order Review all Contact, Shipping, Event and Payment information as well as the details of your order. If you need to make changes, you can navigate back to the section you need using the tabs in the navigation bar or the BACK button (). If you need to change the quantity of an item from your cart, type the correct amount in the quantity field and click the UPDATE button (2). Click REMOVE to delete the item from your cart (2). 2 When you are ready to process your order, click the SUBMIT button (3). After clicking the SUBMIT button, you will be taken to a printable version of your order summary. You will also receive an automatic notification of receipt of your order. You will receive a final confirmation of your order within two business days. 3

Print Order Summary This page provides a printable version of your order summary. Please note the Order ID (), this is the number you can reference to check the status of your order.

Searching for Your Order To review an order you've already placed, go to the homepage and click the FIND ORDER button ().

Searching for Your Order Enter your search criteria into the available fields then click FIND (). If your search yields no results try limiting your criteria to a single field to make it more broad. Click CANCEL (2) to return to the homepage. 2

Searching Results From the Search Results page you can click the VIEW ORDER button () to see the details of the order and check the status. If your search did not yield the results you were looking for, you can click NEW SEARCH (2) or SHOW ALL (3) to view all orders. 2 3

Browse Available Items To browse available exhibit properties, branded premiums, apparel and product sample bottles click the BROWSE () button on the homepage.

Browse By clicking the BROWSE button, you can review available items without starting an order. 2 3 From here you can navigate between Graphics, Premiums, Apparel and Product Samples either by clicking the NEXT and BACK buttons () or clicking on the links in the navigation bar (2). To return to the homepage, click the HOME button (3).
