Our fleet is fitted with Navtack systems, this system enables our administration staff to send messages and work orders to our field technicians on a screen in their vehicles, this system has proven to be a useful tool for relaying information instantly to our field technicians. The Navtrack system is a GPS device that allows the field technicians to search for addresses in their vehicles. Reports can also be generated from each vehicle regarding travel times for accountability. Recently we upgraded our accounting system, by implementing Xero Accounting. This upgrade has streamlined our accounts department and is saving the business time with quicker invoice processing abilities.
