Listings Regional Consortia s Regional Consortia grant funding is allocated through Carl D. Perkins, Title I-B funding and consists of core funding (150 to 300K single to double regions) and supplemental funding ($70,000). In order to provide flexibility the Chancellor s Office is combining these two amounts so that each consortium can determine how they are structured to best move the needle in their chosen new and emergent sectors. Carl D. Perkins funding does not require a match.
