Log-in is available to all users after the completion of registration. The portal can be easily navigated using the navigation keys on the top left. The contact details of the appropriate contact person(s) are also shown on the left hand side. Changes in user information and email address, password etc, can be performed by all users independently. The portal also allows the user the possibility to order trade fair tickets. After your registration has been approved direct access to the online catalogue is possible. After ctivation, and when using your customer number, you will be supplied with your personal discount code a which means that your discounted prices will appear in the online catalogue. The Meusburger Portal also provides a good overview of open orders, quotations and deliveries which have already been made. These can also be easily tracked through the portal. The discount code, which is required for the CD catalogue, can also be taken directly from the portal. 2 3
2. Registering on the Meusburger Portal 3. Password Access to the Meusburger Portal is only possible for registered users. In order to register, please visit our website www.meusburger.com. In the login box Meusburger Portal click on Register. The registration must be completed in full. A confirmation email will be sent to you with a link. This link must be activated by clicking on it within 24 hrs of receiving it. Access to the portal is then immediately available. After being activated by Meusburger, all functions in the portal can be accessed. 3.1 Password when registering Your password can be selected and entered when registering. There are no automatically assigned passwords; the password must have at least 6 digits, but can otherwise be freely chosen. 3.2. Have you forgotten your password? Passwords can be reset in the Meusburger Portal on our website. 4
4. Ordering trade fair tickets. Order information Within the Meusburger Portal, trade fair tickets can be ordered for selected fairs..1 Current quotations You can do this by selecting the desired trade fair and clicking on the order button. A maximum of 1 ticket per trade fair per user can be ordered. You will receive the tickets approximately a week before the fair begins. 6 Quotations can be converted into orders and sent directly to the relevant person at Meusburger. 7
.2 Deliveries The Meusburger Portal also provides the possibility to track shipments with tracking numbers online. 6. Changing your data / Reading your discount code On the page Personal data in the Meusburger Portal, you can update and change your user data - including the email address used with the site. Also featured here is your discount code, which you can copy from the box in the case you need it for other media. 8 9
