Fire Department - re Fire Dispatch Agreements with the Town of Gravenhurst, Chippewas of Rama First Nation, and the Townships of Oro- Medonte, Ramara and Severn. File: L04- report dated September 23, 2015 from the Fire Department, the City of Orillia renew its fire dispatch agreements with the Chippewas of Rama First Nation, the Townships of Oro-Medonte, Ramara and Severn and the Town of Gravenhurst for the continued provision of fire dispatch services for a further term of four years expiring on December 31, 2019; AND THAT the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to execute the agreements; AND THAT Council amend Chapter 251 of the City of Orillia Municipal Code - Delegated Authority, to authorize the Fire Chief to negotiate and execute agreements between the City of Orillia and other municipalities for the services of fire dispatch, after-hours call answering and 9-1-1 services. 29-36 5. Fire Department - re Chapter 387 of the Municipal Code - Open Air Burning. File: C01-2015- report dated October 5, 2015 from the Fire Department, Chapter 387 of the City of Orillia Municipal Code - Open Air Burning, be repealed and replaced as set out in "Schedule A" of the report; AND THAT the changes take effect January 1, 2016; AND THAT staff be directed to make application to the Regional Senior Justice for the Province of Ontario requesting that set fines for Chapter 387 of the City of Orillia Municipal Code - Open Air Burning, be established. 37-40 6. File: C12-TAC report dated October 5, 2015 from the Transit Advisory Committee, Council amend the composition of the Transit Advisory Committee to include 1 (one) student member from each of the post-secondary institutions (Lakehead University and Georgian College), subject to the existence of a universal bus pass agreement with each institution; AND THAT Chapter 115 of the City of Orillia Municipal Code - Transit Advisory Committee be amended accordingly. report dated October 5, 2015 from the Transit Advisory Committee, Council amend the composition of the Transit Advisory Committee to add 2 (two) additional citizen representatives, with preference given to at least one Orillia Wheelchair Limousine Service (OWLS) user; AND THAT Chapter 115 of the City of Orillia Municipal Code - Transit Advisory Committee be amended accordingly.
