M Series M is a new generation modular data center solution with complete integration of cabinets, power supply and distribution systems, cooling systems, cabling systems, management software, and much more. IPSIP Modular M Series-M modular data center adopts All-in-room integration design. It supports flexible deployment with single or dual row, contained or non-contained aisle, cold or hot aisle containment. Maximum 48 cabinets can be deployed in dual-row module and 18 cabinets in single-row module with 3~36 IT cabinets. The maximal IT power can be up to 21kW/ rack. Single module is suitable for the space below 100m2.. M Series-M module data center has been widely applied in small and medium enterprises as well as the branch of large corporation in government,education, healthcare, finance industry etc, and medium capacity desktop cloud computing and high-performance computing data center. Two types of cable troughs: signal cable troughs and power cable troughs. Cables insulation reduces system interference and increase reliability. Cable holes are located in the center of each cabinet top cover to simplify cable-routing into the cabinet. The expansion of length direction can be achieved. Cabling Skylight A flat roof ceiling consists of side panels, top frames, and revolving ceiling panels. The temperature detector and smoke alarm are installed in containment aisle, and are linked with skylight controller. After the action of electromagnetic switch, the rotate skylight automatically opens by gravity, ensuring the fire extinguishing gases into the aisle. End door The end door of a confined channel can be a sliding door or a double door. Tempered glass is used as the door panel, which ensures channel visibility and meets fire fighting requirements. Sealed brushes are installed at the bottom of the door panel, making the date center module sealed in an enhanced manner. The access control system is optional when a double door is used. Power system Power Distribution - PDF PDF includes integrated PDF and combined PDF (UPS PDF and precise PDF). 380/400/415V (3Ph, 50/60Hz) are all supported. UPS PDF integrated ATS, UPS power supply and air conditioner power supply, and precise PDF mainly provides power and energy measurement for IT load. Power Supply - UPS The UPS provides an uninterruptible power supply for the modular data center. 380/400/415V (3Ph, 50/60Hz) are all supported. According to Tier II, Tier III, Tier IV demands, power supply system is in the N, N+1, 2N backup. 3
NetEco system NetEco system manages the real-time data and status of data center infrasturctures, including power, environment, video, and door status. Handling emer gencies automatically, impr oving management efficiency greatly, reducing the cost of O&M. Dynamic PUE management, optimizing important power and cooling services, smart interaction with cloud-platform. Fire system FM200 heptafluoropropane gas is equipped, module containment is installed with smoke temperature sensors, when the smoke sensor and temperature sensor are warning at the same time, then the fire control system push gas into module; External smoke sensor, and temperature sensor fixing bracket are available, and the height is adjustable to realize fast free-engineering (when not using the fixing bracket, sensors can be directly installed on the ceiling). Cooling In a modular data center, air conditioners and racks form cold /hot aisles for isolation between cold air and hot air. Row-level ACs are close to the heat sources, which reduces the air pressure losses and minimizes cold air leakage to maximize the use of cold air. The cooling supply system is in the 'N+X' backup, which complies 'Tier III', and for higher reliability, the 'Tier IV' could be also customized. Rack One modular data center consists of 48 server racks at most. Racks are unified in dimension, and complied with 19-inch standard, and the air ventilation is front-to-rear, and the doors' perforation rate is 67%. Super bearing load: static load is1200 kg. All racks are pre-installed in factory, which make on-site implementation much faster. 4
