Overview CSF Group is principally engaged in the business of providing a full range of services associated with data centers, namely the design and development of data centers including project management, fit-out and integration of the equipment within data center facilities and other computer rooms, and data center tenancy solutions. Since 1991, the Group has undertaken contract works to build and fit-out over 200 data centres and computer support facilities in Malaysia with some installations in Indonesia, China, and Vietnam. Our clients include government-linked organizations, financial institutions, companies in the telecommunications industry and the oil and gas industry. A Data Centre or collocation centre is a facility to house mission critical computer systems and associated components. Data centres house networking and computing equipment such as servers, routers and fiber optic transmission gear, allowing businesses that own this equipment to connect and interact with each other and the internet. This equipment is highly sensitive to environmental conditions and therefore factors such as temperature and humidity are tightly controlled through the use of specialized ventilation and air conditioning equipment. Given the critical importance of these functions to businesses, equipment security and continuous operations are vital and are achieved through the use of redundant / backup power infrastructure, reinforced floors and security and monitoring systems.

In 2003, the Group completed the development of its own high-end commercial Data Centre in Cyberjaya, Malaysia (central region), known as CSF Computer Exchange 1 (CX1). Capitalizing on the success of CX1, the Group completed the development of a much larger Data Centre known as CSF Computer Exchange 2 (CX2) in January 2009. CX2 is located within a short distance from CX1 and is the second largest high-end commercial Data Centre in South East Asia. The Group has also completed the development of a small data centre facility housed on a single floor within an office building in Johor, Malaysia (southern region). In January 2012, the Group completed the development of the new data center located also in Cyberjaya, known as CSF Computer Exchange 5 (CX5). The new addition (CX5), is a carrier-neutral high end purpose built data centre and is the first commercial green data centre and the largest of its kind in Southeast Asia. The Group aims to become one of the largest Data Centre Infrastructure service providers in Asia, following their footsteps of being one of the leading Data Centre Operator in South East Asia. With the current workforce of 200 under its umbrella, the Group has already begun to expand its business to Vietnam, Thailand and Indonesia and intends to move into China and India within the medium term. High-end commercial data centres are relatively scarce in the aforementioned countries and the Group intends replicate its success in these countries. The clients of the Group comprise companies involved in various industries including banking, insurance, automotive, food and beverage, travel, manufacturing and information technology. The Group was listed the company on AIM, London Stock Exchange on the 22nd March 2010.

Nature of Business Headquartered in Cyberjaya, Selangor, Malaysia, the Group currently operates 3 independent data centers in Malaysia and continues to carry out fit-out and integration works at the data centers and computer rooms of its clients, including ongoing maintenance of these facilities. Presently, the Group core focuses are: Rental of data centre space; Profit share from outsourced services; Project Management, Contracting, supply and fit-out of data centre infrastructure and other computer support facilities; and Provision of Maintenance services of data centre infrastructure and other computer support facilities. The Group has realized its potential to profit from the design and development of data centers and accordingly, the services of the Group have been streamlined to each operating company within the Group, namely CSF Advisers, Atlas CSF and CSF CX. Today, the CSF Group is a recognized as a leading designer and operator of high end Data Center facilities, backed by an experienced team with proven processes and 24x7 services.

CSF CX CSF CX will be principally engaged in the following business activities: i) Data Centre Tenancy Solutions ii) Network infrastructure solutions iii) Managed services solutions and data management, consultancy, security review, process development and audit iv) Provision and implementation of design, technical and maintenance services.

CSF Computer Exchange 1 (CX1) CSF Advisers completed the development of CX1 and commenced operations on 21 May 2003. At that time, CX1 was the largest commercial DC in Malaysia.
