2 Unique Business Model GPX offers its customers a unique business model and an opportunity to stimulate business growth and expansion. GPX is not a Telco, ISP, or a hardware or software provider. Cabling BMS Preinstalled and tested structured wiring system providing any-to-any connectivity over fiber, copper or coax media. Our engineers utilize the BMS to monitor and control all aspects of the facilities critical infrastructure both locally & remotely including HVAC, power, security and access, fire and water detection. Physical Security GPX Data Centre delivers multi-level physical security to support mission-critical Internet operations. All entry ways and interior doors are monitored and recorded using high resolution digital video cameras. All internal access points are controlled using access cards and numbered keypads. Visitor identification and access permissions are verified on arrival at two physical locations. GPX provides escort services to customer destinations and for the period while work is being performed. Each facility is staffed 24/7 with security officers located within the facility, in the reception area, and outside the perimeter in a guard house. GPX Mission Critical Fuel Management Systems GPX Mission Critical Fuel Management Systems are comprehensive, integrated, project-matched fuel management systems for diesel and turbine generators used in critical applications demanding the highest reliability, such as data centers, public safety and security nodes, transportation hubs and other applications where utmost dependability is essential. The core of the GPX Fuel Management Systems includes a proven line of industrial products engineered for the maximum amount of redundancy (valves, pumps, controls, PLCs, power supplies, probes, level sensors, etc.). The scope spans from the point of fuel delivery to the facility to the engine fuel pump, potentially covering every aspect of the system. GPX Offerings Colocation Each IDC provides high levels of security and optimal operating conditions for our customers mission critical equipment and applications. All cabinet locations are engineered with direct access to the structured cabling system to allow virtually an infinite number of interconnections at a variety of bandwidth and speeds. All GPX facilities offer customers staging and secure storage areas. All customer colocation rooms are separate from carrier Telco transmission areas.

5 Racks & Cabinets Racks and cabinets are configured with GPX s versatile overhead cable distribution system for copper and fiber cross con- nects, and under the floor distribution systems for dual AC power distribution. The power delivery system within the facility accommodates multiple, physically divers (A&B) 16 and 32 amp power drops for each cabinet. Customers can choose the GPX standard rack cabinet configuration or they can have a custom designed cage configuration provided all elements meet required engineering specifications. The cabinet that GPX offers measures 2000mm h X 600mm w X 1000mm d, and is equipped with front and back locking vented doors, power strips, and cable management. Interconnection Services GPX provides a secure, neutral environment within each data center that facilitates easy, reliable, economical interconnection between all customers, whether they are content providers, Internet service providers (ISPs), local or multinational enterprise, or Telecommunications carriers (Telco s). The GPX Structured Wiring Interconnect System (SWIS) consists of Category 6 LAN cabling, and single-mode fiber. A structured wiring database system ensures accurate cable and circuit assignment as well as efficient maintenance of the entire IT platform. Telco Access Connectivity between the GPX data centers and the local Telco s is accomplished via a private, dedicated fiber optic ring. Typical configuration includes fiber from the Telco, Synchronous Digital Hierarchy (SDH) Add/Drop Multiplexer (ADM) terminals in each connected Telco central office and in the GPX data center. On the tributary side, a mix of E1/DS1, E3/DS3 and 10/100 Mbps LAN and other interfaces provide connectivity between GPX customers. Management & Technical Support Through GPX On-site Technical Services (OTS), customers can engage experienced, on-site technical personnel to assist with limited network monitoring, diagnosis of problems, and management of repair services on an emergency basis or as a scheduled tasking. These services are available on an emergency hourly basis.
