Introduction This document describes how the NetExam-Oracle Fusion CRM Integration can be managed by the Fusion CRM user. NetExam is Learning Management System was created specifically to support global training and certification programs for the Channel Industry. NetExam provides a blended solution that meets all training and certification objectives by bringing on-demand, virtual learning and classroom management together in a single solution. Oracle Fusion Customer Relationship Management (Oracle FCRM) is a component of the Oracle Fusion Applications suite, that sets a new standard for CRM in sales performance management, enterprise integration, and business flexibility. Sending Contact & Account data from Fusion CRM to NetExam Overview The NetExam-Oracle FCRM Integration enables Fusion CRM users to enable NetExam Training access to selected Fusion CRM Contacts. Procedure Sending Contact Data 1. To enable training, locate the Contact record in the Oracle Fusion CRM system. 2. In the Contact Details section, click the Send to NetExam link. Note: If the contact's Account record did not exist in NetExam, this transaction would create a record for the Account too. If the Contact or Account records already exist in NetExam, this transaction will update the existing records without creating duplicate records. 3. Once the records are successfully transmitted to NetExam, you will see confirmation message pop up in a new window: Student Notification & Access to the NetExam System Newly created contacts will receive an email from the NetExam system with information on how to access the NetExam Student Site and training. Students will now be able to access eligible courses and classes. NetExam Administrators can create rules that will determine the courses each Contact will be able take.
