Our Projects Daily challenges from all the business areas and countries UniCredit Management Consultancy has already successfully completed a number of highly relevant projects within UniCredit. Since 2007 we developed projects in several countries: Italy, Germany and Austria as well as Poland, Turkey, Russia, Hungary, Slovakia, Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Ukraine and Czech Republic. Top Line The team is led by Laura Penna, a UniCredit Senior Executive with extended external consulting experience. The Principal Office, formed by senior managers with a former and extended experience as partners of worldwide leading consulting firms, ensures clear supervision and direction on the project portfolio. The principals act as coaches for the team and point of reference for key clients. Laura Penna Laura holds a degree in Economics from Bocconi University in Milan. After 10 years as consultant at Accenture - Strategic Services, she moved to UniCredit as Head of Group Planning & Control. In 2007 she has been appointed Head of UniCredit Management Consultancy. Florian Forst Florian holds a PhD in Company Law from Munich University. Before joining UniCredit Management Consultancy, he worked 7 years at McKinsey & Co., of which 2 as Associate Principal. Florian is a Principal of UniCredit Management Consultancy since 2007. Gaspare Amico Gaspare holds a Degree in business management from Bocconi University. He started his career in 1998 in Paribas Corporate Banking and Private Equity. In 2000 he joined McKinsey & Co. In 2005 he moved to Morgan Stanley. He worked for 14 years in consulting, of which 8 spent at BCG (Principal since 2005), leading projects on Financial Services and Consumer Goods Industries. He joined UniCredit Management Consultancy in 2008. Isabel Garcia Leiva Isabel holds a MBA at MIT Sloan School of Management. She as over 10 years of consulting experience of which 5 spent at Value Partners Management Consulting (from associate to Engagement Manager). In UniCredit Management Consultancy since 2008. Gianluca Longhi Gianluca holds a degree in Management Engineering at Politecnico of Milan. He started working in 1998 for Morgan Stanley and then he passed the last 7 years at McKinsey & Co. up to Associate Principal. He joined UniCredit Management Consultancy in 2008. Alessandro Simula Alessandro holds a degree in General Economics and Commerce from the University of Pisa and a MBA from Insead. He worked at McKinsey & Co. for 11 years up to Associate Principal. Management Consultant Team Roberta Consultant «Working in UniCredit Management Consultancy means not only being a spectator of the Group change but also a contributor to it, being free and encouraged to proactively bring new ideas on the table» Marek holds a Master in Finance and Banking with specialization in Banking Analyses from Warsaw School of Economics. Before joining UniCredit Management Consultancy in 2008, he worked 3,5 years for Bank BPH SA, first as Investor Relations Specialist, then as Area Manager. Roberta holds a MSc in General Management at Bocconi University in Milan. She joined UniCredit Management Consultancy in 2008, after 1 year as junior associate at ASI Consulting. «UniCredit Management Consultancy is a perfect polygon where you could master the skills of how to embrace diversity at workplace.
