BUILDING ORGANIZATION 1 THE SITE IS ANCHORED BY TWO MAJOR PROGRAM ELEMENTS: THE 800 SEAT AUDITORIUM AT CASS AVENUE AND THE COMMUNICATION PRODUCTION CENTER (CPC) AT THE EAST END OF THE SITE ADJACENT TO THE DSO EXPANSION. 2 CORE ELEMENTS ARE PLACED AT THE CENTER OF THE BUILDING AS A STRATEGY FOR MEETING THE PROGRAM S SOUND-CRITICAL AND LIGHT-CRITICAL PERFORMANCE CRITERIA.
