This session will leverage what has been learned at the technical FoIP session on Monday, July 12 th. This session is practical and you will learn the differences between G.711 Passthrough and T.38 Fax Relay by looking at them under a Wireshark microscope. Fax Troubleshooting Part 2 Joshua Butcher, Sr Technical Instructor, OpenText The concluding section of this 2-part training session understand how to read SIP and H.323 traffic and use Wireshark, as well as other tracing tools, to evaluate and troubleshoot example scenarios of issues ranging from failed T.38 switch-over to high transmission error rates. At the end of this session and as time permits, OpenText Customer Support, Product Management, Solutions Consulting and Technical Training will hold an open technical Q&A session. 8
