Dave is currently Director of Operations in the Business Transformation and Renewal Secretariat at the Privy Council Office (PCO). Dave has a PhD in political science from McMaster University, where he was a SSHRC doctoral fellow and wrote his dissertation on results based budgeting. Since 2003, Dave has taught public administration at the graduate and undergraduate levels at the University of Ottawa, where he is Adjunct Professor in the School of Political Studies.
