Pricing 1 Pricing 1.1 Standard pricing The following model includes Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) and Application Management (AM) pricing for a range of Dynamics CRM scale options: Dynamics CRM as a Service (Excluding MS SQL & Dynamics CRM licences) No of Users Service level SaaS Type Cost per User Per Month 500-999 Gold Medium 50 1000-9,999 Gold Large 39 10,000+ Gold Extra Large 12 The pricing listed above is for live Production environments only and does not include any other potential environments such as Dev, Test, etc. Monthly charges do not include the Microsoft licences, as these could be supplied by the customer under existing agreements. Customers must have an active Microsoft Software Assurance agreement in place to use existing licences with Licence Mobility. This means that customers can use existing Microsoft Enterprise agreements already in place, and port licenses over to Microsoft SPLA. Should the customer not have any Microsoft SQL Server or Dynamics CRM licences then CGI will use G- SPLA licencing from Microsoft and obtain the relevant Microsoft subscription charges and advise pricing accordingly before service up-take.. Prices for other user numbers and service levels can be supplied on request. CGI's G-Cloud IaaS hosting entry (ref. CGI Secure Government Cloud) provides details of service levels and disaster recovery for the IaaS Service Definition. CGI would be happy to provide a wide variety of Cloud services across the entire Dynamics CRM lifecycle including: business consultancy and advisory services IT strategy development and alignment business transformation and benefits realisation programme and project management road mapping, requirements scoping and business analysis enterprise architecture and organisational cloud strategy support demonstrations, proof of concepts and pilots requirements analysis and design configuration and customisation application development, integration and data migration project implementation and deployment training and testing support 2014 CGI IT UK Ltd 4 of 6

All prices quotes are excluding VAT. The price is valid for a period of 12 months from the Effective Date of the Framework Agreement. CGI reserves the right to amend the charge after this period. The pricing for this proposition does not include a provision of collaboration services. Where the customer requires that CGI enters into a Collaboration Agreement in association with this G-Cloud Service we would be happy to offer collaboration services as an additional G-Cloud service, priced in accordance with our SFIA rate card.
