4 Pricing 1 Pricing 1.1 Standard pricing These services are offered on a Time and Material basis. Whilst investment cases can vary enormously in complexity, we will deliver the smaller consulting services for a single project or small, low complexity programme in as little as 2-4 weeks for a team of 2 consultants. Prices for consulting services vary according to the size of the organisation and the scope of services being provided: Value Management Workshop weeks - typical team of 2 consultants. Business Intelligence Assessment weeks - typical team of 3 consultants. Enterprise Performance Management workshop weeks at - typical team of 2 or 3 consultants. Data Governance by Value weeks - typical team of 2 consultants. Larger engagements can be priced after an initial 1 day assessment and are typically constructed based on the following resources: Workshops/Engagement Lead Principal 1,392 per day Model Development Consultant/Senior 928-1,135 per day Service implementation per day Delivery services from 464 per day All prices quotes are excluding VAT. The price is valid for a period of 12 months from the Effective Date of the Framework Agreement. CGI reserves the right to amend the charge after this period.
