7 NZIM DIPLOMA IN IN PRACTICE MANAGEMENT (HEALTH) INTRODUCTION The The Practice Managers and and Administrators Association of of New New Zealand (PMAANZ) and and NZIM NZIM Inc. Inc. have have developed the the NZIM NZIM Diploma in in Practice Management (Health) as as a health a practice management qualification. This This Diploma qualification has has been been designed specifically for for competent or or experienced managers currently working in in medical or or health practices, to to provide the the knowledge, skills skills and and competencies to to undertake their their roles roles efficiently and and effectively.
