1 Bienvenue Dear Parents, Once again we will be offering a summer program for children who attended elementary school in the school year. In order to plan our summer program we need to know how many children will be attending during the summer of and the exact dates of attendance. Whiteside Taylor centre is open from 7:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. The fees for summer camp are as follows: Residents of Baie d Urfé Non-residents of Baie d Urfé 40$ per day (minimum of 3 days) 45$ per day (minimum of 3 days) 165$ per week (5 days) 180$ per week (5 days) Please fill in the enclosed information sheet and return it to us as soon as possible with your postdated cheques made out to SHORTSTOP dated for July 1 st and August 1 st. Any requests for refunds must be received a minimum of four (4) weeks prior to the start of the session for which the child is registered. Cancellations received with less than four (4) weeks notice will be subject to a $50.00 administration fee or 10% of the remaining rate for the weeks cancelled, whichever is less. Days missed from camp cannot be reimbursed or rescheduled. Please note that we will be closed for statutory holidays on Monday June 25 th and Monday July 2 nd. As the children will be bringing their lunches, we would like to remind you that everything should be nutritious and must be NUT-FREE due to severe allergies. Every week we have a special outing. 4 Swimming Dear Parents, Welcome to another hot summer! We are very fortunate to have access to the Baie d Urfé Swimming Pool for both daily lessons and afternoon Free Swim throughout the summer. Swimming lessons are offered Mondays through Thursdays in two 4-week sessions beginning Tuesday, June 25 th and running through Thursday August 15 th. We will also participate in the afternoon Free Swim program that is offered Mondays through Thursdays throughout the summer. If you are already a member of the Baie d Urfé Pool you can register your child for swimming lessons at the pool. Please remember to let us know when their class is and with whom so that we can make sure they arrive on time for their lesson. If you are not a member of the Baie d Urfé Pool your child may still register for swimming lessons by letting us know your child s swimming level and providing a cheque for the full amount of $. This includes the fee for 8 weeks of swimming lessons and the afternoon Free Swim program. *All lessons for non-members will be might be held between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. Please make your cheque payable to SHORTSTOP for $. If you do not wish your child to attend swimming lessons, the afternoon Free Swim program is 10.00$/week or 25.00$ for the summer.
