12 Call Flow of the MC Solution In-coming call for the office number of the user PBX transfers the call to the Mobile Convergence Controller Mobile Convergence checks whether the user is available over Wi-Fi. If so it transfers the call to the MC Client of the user The MC Client controls the quality of the Wi-Fi connection and of the voice The client informs the Controller that the Wi-Fi signal is fading The Controller establishes a GSM connection The MC Client accepts the GSM connection and terminates the Wi-Fi connections
