The fee is non-refundable. 2. Cancellation of a class may occur if less than 5 drivers are registered. In the event a class is cancelled, the Lake County Regional Office of Education will notify the appropriate school districts and contractors. If a class is cancelled, a new date and if necessary a new location will be added. 3. No admission after the class starts. Please be prompt. 4. Children and guests are not to accompany drivers to training classes. *The limit for Refresher classes will be 65 drivers to 75 drivers* ***LOCATIONS FOR SCHOOL BUS DRIVER TRAINING:*** Banner Day Camp: : Antioch Upper Grade: : Down the driveway past the main bldg(on your right) and go into the gravel parking lot. Entrance is on south end of parking lot. Enter through the cafeteria doors from the parking lot Entrance is off Tiffany Road -Tiffany & Highview Building C entrance and go straight down the stairs. First conference room

6 Fremont Intermediate School : : : : Zion-Benton H.S. on right at the bottom of stairs Go in Main entrance Enter off Grand Avenue North Side Go in driveway which is off Cedar Lake Road which will take you to the front entrance. Enter through the front door and follow the signs to the cafeteria. North entrance at the O Plaine campus Main door on the west side of the building (by Almond Road) Park in the South parking lot (off of Kenosha Road) and enter through the South cafeteria doors. Proceed up the ramp and into the courtyard cafeteria. The lecture hall doors are on the left hand Side of the courtyard cafeteria *Bus drivers attending a class must be preregistered and have paid the $10.00 fee *
