8 PERFORMANCE NMCI HP Enterprise Services Contract: FFP Location: CONUS Period: 10/ Present Telecommunications/Electrical Operations & Maintenance at all Navy and Marine Corps Bases CONUS. All new Infrastructure orders placed thru HPES on the NMCI contract are awarded to Volt Telecom Group. Volt Telecom Group has been involved in all aspects of the NMCI/CoSC installation since 2001; we currently are a provider of Cable Plant and Facilities/Electrical Support in six of the seven regions nationwide for NMCI/CoSC. Our scope of work includes providing services to maintain telecommunications facilities/plant including ISP/OSP cable maintenance, Outside Plant Construction (OSP), waterfront support, UPS, rack and stack. VTG provides all services required for last mile connection for the NMCI contract including site surveys, engineering, construction of pathways using multiple techniques and equipment (trenching, directional boring, aerial placing), fiber placing, splicing, and testing of all cabling required (copper/fiber). DHS ICE Contract: FFP Location: Charleston, SC Rockledge, FL Ft. Myers, FL Orlando, FL Tampa, FL Nashville, TN Period: 10/2011 3/2012 Access Control, CCTV, Intrusion Detection, and Voice/Data Cabling Volt Telecom Group installed over 3,100 cables for voice and data communication. For Security, Volt Telecom Group installed 344 cameras, 374 card readers to control door and gate access, as well as, intrusion detection for the entire premises. Volt Telecom Group also designed custom configurations to seamlessly integrate the access control, intrusion detection and CCTV systems. 6

9 MCAS Yuma BAE Systems Contract: FFP Location: Yuma, AZ Period: 9/ /2009 Installation of approximately 10 miles of Future Fiber Technologies SecureFence Intrusion Detection System consisted of fence-mounted optical fiber cable, start and end sensors, lead-in and lead-out fibers, base unit and equipment for measurement and reporting functions. Cabling required different mounting configurations at gates and turnstiles from the configuration on the fence. System design also required three locations of fiber cable doubling back using e-chain technology installed by VTG. VTG s design is now being used by FFT for future installations. The Exterior Flightline Fence project involved installing 90 ft. and 30ft. concrete poles for new IP Thermal and HD cameras and fiber for perimeter intrusion detection. Including installation of cameras on the radar tower and ATC infrastructure. The project called for trenching and installing conduits for exterior Field Distribution Box and various camera locations. Santa Catalina Island Company Contract: FFP Location: Catalina Island, CA Period: 4/2012 7/2012 System engineering, design and installation of complete turnkey system for two digital VHF Motorola 60 watt repeaters each with 9dB gain antennas and two VHF base stations with Yagi antennas on Catalina Island. Volt Telecom Group also provided 20 Motorola portable two-way radios, newest model released, VHF Mototurbo XPR3500 for banquet, and maintenance services for hotel and casino on Catalina Island. This configuration utilized a mountain top repeater with two talk channels, and one talk around channel with private calling capabilities. 7
