Student will be able to: Describe human resource management 1 concept, principles and content of the organization's philosophy, culture and politics Analyze human resource condition, age distribution, staff turnover, employee cost Explain the core of human resource planning, acquire skills to select and apply the methods of forecasting human resource requirements Select and apply the methods of job evaluation, perform job analysis and on its basis determine specifications for the staff and understand the methodology of preparing competency specifications and employee evaluation Select the recruiting source, understand the procedure of search and selection candidates Describe the essence, content and theories of personnel management and to solve specific issues of personnel management Explain the essence of individual employees motivation and choose the salary structure and apply the elements of financial and nonfinancial rewards Demonstrate writing and orally communications skills solving human resource management problems Ability to assess and self reflect one s own strengths and weaknesses. 13. Annotation The main human resource organizing and management principles are absorbed, in-depth human resources organizing and management knowledge is mastered to apply for the adoption of human resource management decisions are gained. It is taught to carry out personnel accounting and statistics, to usage main methods of personnel need planning, workplaces and employees evaluation. Students learn general personnel selection, development and career organization principles, abilities are developed to apply personnel compensation and motivation means
