2 Quality and Individuality KGM is a leading supplier of wrapped profiles to the european door and furniture industry. Our key strengths are custom selection and preparation of wrapping veneers, as well as perfect lacquering and surface finish. Furthermore we support our customers in developping poduct solutions by adding our long-term experience in wood products and veneer wrapping. KGM currently holds 3 manufacturing sites in Germany with a total of 175 employees. At KGM Furnierprofile GmbH in Gehren, Thuringia, we have a 20 year tradition of industrial veneer- and foil wrapping. 4 The Wrapping Experts We produce veneer rolls for the wrapping process, exactly to the color, structure and quality demands of our customers. Thus it is possible to individually trim, joint and match the veneers in length and width. KGM is producing with the latest moulding, wrapping and lacquering technology. We guarantee first-class results due to CNC controlled Weinig moulding machines and a modern UV-lacquering facility with multiple integrated sanding modules. 5 PEFC In January 2006 KGM was certified by the LGA Bavaria to meet the PEFC chain-of-custody guidelines for sustainable forestry. Today a significant part of our product range is available with PEFC certification. 5

We produce exclusively to our customers specifications with regards to dimensions, profiles and colors. Veneered edges can be rounded with a minimum radius of down to 2 mm a true speciality of KGM! 6

7 Jamb boards for door frames KGM is using postforming technology to produce jamb boards with round edges. We are only using carefully selected veneers, customer specific foils, as well as CPL. Our modern lacquering faciltiy with spraying robot guarantees best results for complex surface requirements. 7

8 Door friezes For modern interior designs KGM is providing wrapped friezes for doors, based on MDF and solid wood sandwich boards. The friezes can be delivered with solidwood edges on top and glass grooves, ready for the door manufacturer to insert glass and hardware. 8

10 Profiles for Windows Our wrapped profiles for multiple-piece window constructions meet the highest demands for resistance against weather influences and climatic changes. As base material we primarily use water resistant MDF. Our PUR glueing was tested in a long-term study by the University of Rosenheim, Bavaria. 10

11 Interior design profiles for vehicles KGM uses specially selected light-weight wood and composite materials for custommade interior design profiles in vehicles, such as caravans, boats and airplanes. To obtain high-quality surfaces with minimum weight, the majority of products in this category are foil-wrapped. 11
