9 Step 2: Applying to the School Nursing In addition to submitting a general CSU, UC or Private College application, a Supplementary Application for the Nursing Program is also required. Each campus that you apply to has it s own supplementary application form. Each campus that you apply to has it s own application deadline. 10 What information does the supplementary application request? Schools attended Work/Volunteer Experience Statement of Purpose Transcripts Copy of Drivers License Copy of license or certificate in health care field Recommendation letters from a Professor, Counselor, or Professional

11 Pre Licensure & Post Licensure Pre licensure: means that you have no nursing background and do not have an official state Registered Nursing License. Post licensure: means that you have gone through a Registered Nursing Program and are a Licensed Nurse.
