Activities are printed on 8 1/2 x 11 cardstock in full color and laminated with heavy plastic. Folder activities are laminated in standard weight film. Pull-off pieces are laminated with heavier plastic. Some activities contain small parts. SA - 1 $23.50 Dollars and Cents Roll the 4 cardboard dice and add up the money in dollars and cents. How long will it take to get to $100.00? Use one or both dice. Dollars and coin icons attach to the dice with Velcro so you can mix and match. Laminated tally sheet included. Estimating, adding dollars and cents, comparing amounts. Money Math For two players; one player is the Banker the other spins to buy or pay as you go along the path. Start with $65.00, do if you have more or less money by the time you finish the game? Players then trade roles. Game board includes tally sheet. Paper dollars are also included. SA - 2 $15.00 Adding and subtracting even dollar amounts. SA - 3 $23.50 Counting Coins Find the total amount by coins indicated or choose a total and have students place various coins on the flower to equal that amount. Each plastic coin (included) has Velcro on the back so coins stay in place. Adding various coins to get to a specified amount. Map Skills Students are shown an example of a zoo, including picnic area, penguin, dolphin, bird and lizard areas, and more. Students will duplicate the map by placing icons on a blank zoo map. SA - 4 $17.25 Analyze, interpret, and build a map. SA - 5 $18.25 Follow the Directions This folder activity has a grid with certain squares filled in with places of interest. Using written directions, students follow the Go west 2 spaces. Move south 4 spaces. etc. Another option is to give them a destination and ask How do you go to? Learning compass directions. Following written directions towards a specific destination.

ORDER SA - 16 B Recognizing and organizing emotions through pictures. Let s Put Away Groceries In this folder activity, children put groceries ( icons ) away either in a cabinet or refrigerator. Identifying and organizing items from the grocery store. SA - 17 $18.25 SA - 18 SA - 18 B * $13.75 Where Is Sammy the Snail? Students match the icons to the written words showing the ways Sammy the Snail can be found in, out, to the left or right of the box. There are 6 ways to find Sammy. * The bilingual version has words in both English and Spanish on the page. Order SA -18 B Identify prepositions visually with pictures and in a sentence. Rhyming Words See the picture, find the icon with the rhyming sound for that picture. There are 8 sets of rhyming words. Recognize spoken rhyming sounds. Recognize letter patterns in words. SA - 19 $22.50 SA - 20 $13.50 Rhyming Cards ( Game ) Turn the cards face-down. Flip 2 cards over. Do they rhyme? If not, try again. If so, keep the cards and take another turn. For one or more players. There are 9 sets of rhyming words ( 18 cards, each measuring 4 x 3 1/2 ). Suggestion: Order two sets and play as a matching game by matching pictures. Understand spoken rhyming sounds. Recognize letter patterns in words.
