15 MAINTENANCE PROGRAM - We Don t Tolerate Downtime Our maintenance program is geared toward keeping our fleet in service 24/7, 365 days a year. We know that prevention is the backbone of constant uptime and our program emphasizes regular preventative maintenance. All of our operators adhere to our strict pre-trip and post-trip inspection procedures based on federal and provincial transportation regulations. We carry out all regular maintenance within or in excess of manufacturers recommended maintenance intervals. We do our job by the book and we don t cut corners. We know how expensive downtime is in the field, and we spend three times what our competitors do on maintenance to make sure that our gear is always working for our customers. By utilizing a variety of licensed service partners we can ensure quick turnaround on all service needs. This focus on maintenance is what prompted Aureus to take on our new facility in Mcrae, with 3.25 acres, overhead cranes, wash bay, and service bay ensuring an operational facility that keeps our units in the field. 15
