2 Security Guard Services Elite Security Officer (ESO) Previous military or college experience. (ESO) are bilingual and possess customer service and computer skills. (ESO) are trained in crisis and high threat management and Certified Supervisors Training. Electronic Trace Detection and ATA x-ray screening procedures, as well as Electronic Surveillance Monitoring. Available armed and unarmed, CPR, first aid. Premier Security Officer (PSO) (CSO) training. Premier Officers are put through our Certified Protection Officers Program (CPO). These officers participate in several other training programs. Asset management and protection, facilities and access control. They participate in the Supervisors Management Seminars. Premier Officers are trained in customer service relations and are bilingual. They manage the control forms utilized at each site and control activities on-site, including the supervision of other security officers and are CPR-trained. Standard Security Officer (SSO) All security officers are trained and licensed with the State of Florida. They are drug tested and subjected to a thorough background investigation. Additionally, they are provided with our in-house Certified Security Officers Training Program (CSO).

3 Security Systems and Services Aircraft Security Premier Officers maintain control of all cargo, crew and maintenance personnel access by checking and verifying identification combined with documentation of information for all secured flights. We provide security for terminator flights, cargo and escort. Aircraft cursory checks are also available. X-Ray Screening We provide x-ray screening for foreign objects. Security officers document all shipments that run through x-ray equipment. On a daily basis, customs contraband reports are submitted. All images are digitally-archived and classified. Equipment inspections are conducted daily. We also provide recurrent training for our employees. Video and Alarm Monitoring Live on-site monitoring of the facilities digital video systems are also available through Monarch Security Services, Inc. The services we offer include digital archiving of images and classification of events. Monarch Security Services also offers live off-site digital video and monitoring services. Concierge For first impressions, we offer security officers with a soft-sided look. These officers are bilingual and are trained in customer service relations, building management, asset protection, fire alarm and access control, CPR and first aid.

4 Specialized Training and Patrolling Medical Response Training Depending on your business needs, we have selected security officers that are Red Cross-trained and -certified with first aid and CPR. Alarm Response Training We offer quick response to fire and intruder alarms. Our personnel are trained on digital access control systems. We are able to locate and mobilize on-site security for immediate response. Terrorism Response Training Selected certified and trained security officers are knowledgeable in weapons of mass destruction, recognizing terrorist activity, incident command, emergency preparedness, field operations, tactical positioning and recovery. Patrolling We offer 24-hour patrolling. Our security officers conduct on-site roving by foot, bicycle, golf cart or company vehicle. Hourly reports are either logged manually or digitally with website accessibility.
