THE EYE-CATCHING YELLOW HEART The Tierra de Sabor seal proudly carries the name, tradition and history of the farmers who produced the products ingredients. Tierra de Sabor assures customers that the manufacturing facility has met the highest and most rigorous standards of food safety, quality of ingredients, and manufacturing integrity. Since 2009, Tierra de Sabor has made it possible to project a unified image of the regional agro-food sector by means of a shared logo. 4

Today, Tierra de Sabor can offer professionals a wide range of products. In fact, the yellow heart seal can be seen on more than 4,000 food products, produced by over 800 companies in Castilla y León, Spain. The most important sectors are: meats (both fresh and processed), dairy products, baked goods, pre-prepared foods, wines and other gourmet products. 5

That is when the company began to produce new products such as a Iberico cheese, fresh cheese and cottage.
