1 What are the steps involved in becoming certified? 1. Check you have a Quest PartnerZone Account If you don t have one please follow these steps: 1. Click this link and enter your address You will automatically be sent a confirmation , please use the provided link to create your unique profile 3. Next send an to partnermarketing@quest.com requesting access to PartnerZone If you re not yet signed up as a Quest partner simply complete this application form so we can review. This will be reviewed internally and approved. Once your application has been accepted we will notify you via . Please then apply for a PartnerZone Account as above. 2. Once you have your PartnerZone Account, please log into the Quest Partner Learning Center (PLC) Partner Learning Centre Home Page Page 1 of 24

Register for the certification program in the PLC (the name of the program is highlighted below in yellow) you must register for the certification program before you start in order for us to capture your records. To register for the certification you must go to Available Certifications on the left navigation menu, then Find the Certificate Programs for your Solution Specialisation(s), enter in the specialisation exam and then on the right hand side click the "register" button. Note if you cannot find the Solution Specialisation course in the Available Certifications page, you may have already registered so please check My Certifications to see if the course can be launched from there To become certified in any of the specialisations, please go to the appropriate specialisation on the pages in this guide as shown below: Specialisation - Database Management... 3 Specialisation - Data Protection... 5 Specialisation - Performance Monitoring... 9 Specialisation - User Workspace Management Specialisation - Windows Server Management Specialisation - Identity & Access Management Page 2 of 24
